This property gets you with added costs like FORTY DOLLARS A NIGHT TO PARK. I waited in line for 20 minutes to check-in. My husband got so tired of waiting that he returned our rental call and WALKED back to the hotel to avoid the fee. The room smells bad.

The staff was super great, especially at the front desk where Kai and Suzanne were very friendly, kind, and helpful. Rooms were nice clean the beds very comfortable. The restaurant had a nice selection of food and Tim the bartender was superb! Even Tim, the shuttle driver was great! Super close to the airport and about the only hotel that has a shuttle service in Honolulu. I would stay here again!
