This hotel is close to the airport.
The hotel is close to the airport. The airport shuttle was convenient. The staff was very responsive to my questions. However, when I checked in, they asked for an Amenity Fee in addition to the fee I paid when I made the reservation online. This is usually included in the hotel fee when you stay at a hotel. And there was not a single bottle of water in the room. So I tried to buy water and drinks. However, the vending machine did not accept bills. If you have luggage bags when using the shuttle, you are required to pay the driver $1 per bag. Please note.

Pleasantly surprised! Booked for night before early and LONG travel to Singapore. No need to spend $500 in Waikiki to wake at the crack of dawn to catch our flight. Arrived late afternoon, restaurant vastly exceeded expectations, staff all very professional and accommodating. Room is fine, wish they had tile or vinyl instead of carpet but thats a preference. Quiet for how close to the airport. The $300 saved plus the extra sleep make this a win!

Our bathroom was not cleaned properly. There was hair on the walls in the shower. We also arrived before the bar AND restaurant was supposedly closed but apparently the kitchen closed right when we sat down. Traveling with 3 kids so not ideal.

Ladies at the front desk were very kind, my plane landed earlier than what was expected. They gave me the option to get earlier room or store my bags until my check in time in which i stored my bags. They directed me to cost efficient transportation which was the bus in my case in which i used to pay 3 dollars to travel to Wakiki beach and do some early touring and shopping. After coming back i was given key to my room in which it was very clean and had a good sleep for the Honolulu Marathon
