The renovated hotel looks great. The staff was very professional and courteous! If you have a car. Call the hotel to make sure the parking fees match what is advertised. The parking fee did not match what i saw.

On duty manager the BEST service with Aloha!
Unfortunately we stayed after a wonderful vacation only to have the flu and my guest had to go to the emergency room on Saturday night. I am elderly 98yo and could not get food as the hotel does not have room service. However, the on duty manager William went above and beyond to make sure I got foos delivered to me. I have never felt such gratitude for his Aloha Spirit of being well taken care of. Please send him my mahalo! A great manager.

Great hotel out of Waikiki but close enough and adjacent to the world’s largest upscale shopping center (the purpose of our island hop over visit).

アラモアナショッピングセンターには駐車場続きで行けて便利です。ドンキホーテにも歩いて行けます。　オーシャンビューを選び34階に宿泊しましたがパーシャルのくくりになるくらいの眺めでした 。夜は夜景が楽しめます。

スタバがロビーに開店したため、美味しいコーヒーがいつでも頂けるので嬉しい。車寄せが広く、またお友達が来た時にもアラモアナショッピングセンターのパーキングが自由に使えるのでありがたいです。
