Will definitely be a frequent guest at this hotel whenever I visit Waikiki. Not only is the lobby beautiful, everything here is just simply perfect in my opinion. From how close the stores are to shop, dining options, the beach being directly across the street from the establishment, the ABC store that’s attached to the hotel ,the lovely smelling hand soap and lotion provided, spacious bed, gorgeous views (even if you have a partial view)…overall I give my stay a 10/10; this hotel has exceeded my expectations. They will be seeing me again soon.

The place is really spectacular, the attention is unique, everyone is very friendly, the only thing I didn't think at all about every day we stayed when using the pool facilities was an extra charge for towels and many things is the only thing that didn't seem the rest is an excellent hotel.

The location is great as it's close to bus routes, shopping centers, the beach and great places to dine! Aside from that, the amenities/facilities were wonderful but the main gem are the staff - they went above and beyond to look after us and help us relax!

I wanted to give this hotel another try because last year the ninth floor i stayed on was suseptible to outside noises late at night. So i emailed through this website for a request of a higher floor. It paid off. I was given the 11th floor. That made the difference. It was quieter and i was able to sleep. The gym is still spacious and not busy if you go early in the morning. The check-in and out is Definitely worth staying there again next year..
