We did not get the rooms provided. We asked for two rooms with kings size bedroom and a pullout sofa. We got 2 queens instead. It was clean though but they did not come in the room from the moment we got there .. you also need tp go to the front desk for towels or toilet paper

Honolulu solo vacation
I arrived Sunday night to be informed the pool would mot be open until Friday instead of Monday but they still charged me the $200 for amenities like pool, sauna and hot tub which were closed. I also was informed House keeping is every 3 day and you habe to ask for it. Barley any basic for the so called kitchen. Property is old and needs upgrades

The price may be deceiving, they immediately charged an amenity pool rate upon check-in, when I didn’t get pool service/towels once. Also the room was pretty filthy and not spacious at all. Very unique staying basically in an apartment building. NO ROOM SERVICE! We had a roll and a half of toilet paper, which turned out fine because we only stayed two nights. Probably wouldn’t ever go back.

Everything was great EXCEPT that the parking garage was a long ways from our room. We were on the 28th floor and had to take 2 elevators going back and forth. But staff was very welcoming and patient which calmed my anxiety. I loved my view! I enjoyed my stay at this place!
