Location great for airport access. Convenience store across the street. Grocery store 15 min walk. Shuttle to airport only 1 per hour. Hot water device was cheap plastic one cup at a time. But, better than nothing. It's great for dog owners. There's a very grassy area right outside your sliding door with dog bags and poop trash can and everything. Also a nice pool. Overall it was it was good

We got in late so it was great to just stay at the airport jhotel for 1 night. They picked us up at the airport (on demand so they were there right away). Simple easy breakfast included. Nothing luxurious but great for the money

We used Best Western Hotel the Plaza Hotel one night after coming to Honolulu on a late flight. We were using the shuttle to get to the hotel, but there is no phone in the airport to call for a pick up! Not having a Sim card yet for my Canadian phone, this call cost me way too much!! We checked in & were given a room by the pool, on the second floor with no elevator! We were at the tail end of a 2 month long trip & had a few heavy suitcases. It was late, we were tired & we just wanted to get settled and sleep. I asked if we could be moved, but the only room available was pet friendly & a big dog just checked out. Otherwise fully booked. They called a very overworked porter to help us with the luggage. I think the suitcases weighed as much as he did. The room is very dated, but it was clean. Old fashioned, noisy air conditioning. It drowned out any outside noise! The only thing going for this hotel is proximity to the airport.

Good nights sleep in between two long flights to NZ. Would recommend ear plugs as the highway is right next to the hotel. Breakfast is the standard waffles, reconstituted eggs etc. sadly the hostess could not tell me if the sausage or the eggs contained gluten. They did have gluten free bread for toasting but no dedicated toaster. BW, it’s easy to provide a notebook with the ingredients in your breakfast foods. Please consider.
