We chose this hotel for the proximity to the airport- it is indeed really close and does have a shuttle which goes between. The room was clean and high up so we didn't hear the noise of the city although we could hear the freeway from time to time. Staff were very friendly at the front desk. We found the beds to be quite comfortable and the room adequately appointed. Parking is available on site but is not cheap! Breakfast was good although busy at times (7-9am daily) and they had a pick up option (bag with water, fruit and granola bar) from 6-7am if leaving early which was a nice service. Very close to airport, Pearl Harbor, freeway access.

the parking fees charged were extortinate. I was told i would get charged 1 hour free and then 10$ per hour and after 2 hours my bill in canadian dollars exceeded $70 . Just a rip off.

This is my go too hotel when traveling back and forth from Waikaloa. I fly frequently to China & Japan, so this Best Western is very convenient for overnight stays. I wake up refresh and ready for my long haul flights to Asia.

The location of this hotel is good and the shuttle service was efficient and handy but the general condition of the hotel is lacking. We were there for one night and one of the elevators was out of order creating a long wait and cramped lift if you did not want to attempt the stairs. The ice machine on our floor was also out of order.

Registration went well. Found out we had to climb a stairs to our room. Upgrade for $20.00 and no stairs. Don’t quite recall that when I registered. Freeway is very loud. Property grounds not well kept around the perimeter. Location to the airport excellent. Fast food next door. Restaurant not close. AC controls confusing.
