The location of the Best Western is convenient - it’s close to the airport and from what I can tell, it’s one of the few hotels in Honolulu that has an airport shuttle; which was most important to our group of 16 people. The facility however is dated. Also, as a lessons learned I originally booked the courtyard which is two floors does not have an elevator. I learned what stair access only means 😅. It was not an issue to switch to the tower which has elevators. Staff is friendly.

Loved the convenient location and transportation to the airport on a timely basis. Nice breakfast buffet. Staff was very friendly. Only complaint was the garbage trucks behind Bldg 2 both mornings at 3:30 am. If it was for the hotel, maybe they could be kindly asked to come at a later time?

If this airport hotel was not located in Hawaii the daily rate would be about $100-$120 USD! The traffic noise and thumping music at until 3AM was overwhelming. Free breakfast queue was very long! We were in transit and thankfully stayed only one night! Not for us next time in Honolulu!

Convenient location near the airport for my purposes. Complimentary breakfast that allows for takeout worked for my schedule. Airport shuttle was on the hour so didn’t work for me. Half hour schedule or signing up options would provide an option. I get demand and staffing issues.

Ok hotel if it isn't your everything.
Bringing a granddaughter over to start school at the University, so we were hardly ever here. But we came back in the late evening to a clean room for sleeping.

The rooms have very dated furnishings and one elevator was not working the evening that we stayed there so it was very slow to get up and down from the room. The free breakfast was out of things like the fruit sauces for the waffles. Breakfast offerings were not that good.
