Room outdated and moldy smell in bathroom. Location is ideally situated for many activities and has ample parking spaces. Vehicle must be under 6ft to enter.
This was a great location to stay, simple but good price. It was a short walk from the beach and many dining options. The front desk wasn't open very much while there, so it was a little more difficult to get new towels, we waited until they were open. Also, there is a coffee pot there but the coffee provided didn't work well (very weak for even a small portion), so we'd recommend getting your own coffee at the start of your trip. Overall, we'd recommend staying here!
Friendly staff. Clean building and rooms. Enjoyed our stay and would use them again because of the free parking that’s included. Only bad thing for us was that We weren’t told by Expedia that this building only allowed small/medium size cars so we had to drive all the way back to the airport to return the truck we rented.
This property was amazing and exceeding my expectations. It was a little difficult at first to reach property concerning my stay, changes that I needed. But once I did, they were very professional, courteous and helpful. Melissa was very friendly assisting with whatever was needed. The room was spacious, great kitchen with amenities. The bed was very comfortable to get a wonderful nights sleep. The view from the room was amazing. Facing Diamond Head and a great look at Sunrise. Would hightly recommend this to anyone. Will use this resort again, If I make it back to Hawaii.
This is my 4th time staying here! Nearby restaurants and only a few blocks from the beach. Plenty of parking. Staff were wonderful. Swimming pool was clean. We will definitely be back again!
Great communication with the manager, Melissa. She made early check-in easy and offered helpful suggestions about the need to book certain attractions ahead. The apartment was great and had everything we needed, and was exactly as described.
We stayed here for 1 week. Has a kitchen which we liked, just wished we utilized it more instead of eating out. There are some common amenities (pool, hot tub, bbq grill, cafe and convenience store) which we did not get a chance to try or see. No housekeeping, which is fine with us. Makes it feel like home away from home.
We like viewing the pool and seeing the ocean from our room, it is comfortable for 5 ppl, it is our 3rd year at this property and we like the walking distance to and from the beach and all local amenities, like shopping, dining and epic views all around

The unit itself was clean, comfortable and very spacious but the building is run down. The elevators were slooooowww. There was construction work happening in various parts of the building too. Know that this is a private condo rental within a very large complex. There is no front desk support and VRIs office hours are limited.
Room was great, Clean and spacious.
The elevators get very busy during the peak morning and afternoon times but overall very easy and comfortable place.
Nice property located in the city with in walking distance to beach and international market. Kitchen is big and has everything that we can cook and bake. Balcony is big with nice view. Good layout with private bedroom for parent and kids.
This property does NOT have on site staffing. The one person they have, the “manager” is a one person staffing show. It’s VERY difficult to communicate with her/them; you have to wait a few days and try multiple times to communicate. This was before we even arrived. When we arrived we find that only 3/4 elevators are operational. By the next morning (day after our initial arrival) the facility down to 2 working elevators for a 37 floor facility. We were on the 18th floor. After waiting for almost 40 minutes…we walked down 18 flights only to learn that the management wasn’t even aware of the elevator problems. A hotel without working elevators would have required us to walk up back and forth those flights …we have arthritis and knee problems to begin with…staying there would have caused us further injury…which would have been contrary to our vacation plans. The hotel looked old and in need of renovations. And it really hurt them to NOT have staffing on site. This is why we asked for a refund and booked at another hotel immediately. Do not include this hotel on your list of properties approved by Expedia.
Property was amazing! Loved having a parking garage attached. As long as your vehicle is under 6 ft you’re set. Room was perfect! Had everything we needed and more. Loved having a full kitchen to use when we didn’t want to eat out. And even though it is in the touristy area, it was never too loud or noisy. The only con we had which isn’t even a big deal was waiting for the elevators. Some times it would take a long time before you could get on one. But other than that everything else was fine!
