Very Small & Dirty Rooms - Avoid!
Our rental suv was too tall and rubbed on the parking garage height warning bar and spots were not guaranteed even though you paid nightly for them. Got to our room only to discover they were very very cramped with low ceilings. Room had dirty bedding and hair on bathroom walls. Went right down to desk and checked out without staying and found another hotel that was clean and guaranteed parking. Would not recommend.

The room was clean. Express elevators to upper floors was a plus. Having to pay $40 a night for parking in Holiday Inn's own parking garage not a plus.

We had a late check in and the staff was very accommodating. The check in was quick and the staff was very nice. The room was small but comfortable. We were walking distance to shopping and dining. Would stay again.

I always enjoy staying here. It's walking distance to the beach and all the restaurants. The pool and jacuzzi are my favorite part. I would definitely stay here again.

Decent hotel in an accessible area to Waikiki. Room was small, and bathroom looked like it could have been cleaner. No central air, and window air conditioner was old and loud. Parking garage is really tight.

I had a very wonderful stay with my whole family. The staff were very friendly, especially Gladys the front desk assistant, she was very welcoming. She even recommended some very nice food spots which we appreciated a lot. The housekeeping were very consistent and kept our rooms very clean. The breakfast was also pretty good; has a good amount of different options to choose from. You could either choose from having a light breakfast to a having a full portioned plate. We rented a car which they provided parking for the whole week at a reasonable price. I will definitely be coming back again.

The hotel room is very tiny like other reviews mentioned. As the windows can't be opened, ventilation was not very good. Regardless, the room was well maintained and supplies were always refilled on time. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The dining room for free breafast was spacious and both indoor and outdoor dining tables were available. The breakfast would be better if more fruits and vegetables are provided.
