The property offers full breakfast included in the price. The activities are also great (pool, jet spa, outdoor games - miniature golf, bean toss, foos ball, and table tennis, exercise room and game room). The staff is very friendly and willing to help. The rooms are small and the bathrooms are even smaller! It's as if the bathrooms were an afterthought! Housekeeping is not good! Parking is tight and not suitable for larger vehicles.

The rooms are not as advertised! Very tight space and extremely small bathrooms! Only one person can fit in the bathroom at any given time (it's as if the bathroom was an afterthought)! Housekeeping does NOT clean the rooms during the stay (they only make the beds and provide clean towels)! Our room was not cleaned/sanitized by Housekeeping during our entire stay! I sanitized and cleaned on my own. There was no table or desk nor chair in the rooms and no space for them (again, not as advertised)!

Nice hotel, location is walk-able to everything within 10min. Clean and modern. But their breakfast buffet is terrible, it's all super heavily processed food, no fresh food except some non cut fruit. It would be nice if they actually added some fresh clean food to their breakfast selection. With whats currently there you are best to go out to a cafe or restaurant for breakfast, I didn't even bother going to their breakfast after the first day as it wasn't worth it.

Really enjoyed staying here. Staff was very nice. Beautiful ocean view. Waikiki beach is about 12 minute walk from the hotel and so is the shopping center. Free breakfast was very convenient and with good options.

Bug on my blanket
Our room was too tight for 4 people with 4 big luggage. Very small washroom. They gave us only 3 towels. We ask for extra towels and took them awhile to deliver it. After my first night I woke up in the morning then I saw one big bug crawling in my blanket. I video it and show it to the front desk and they gave us a bigger room.

This hotel had over 8 stars when i booked it. There is no way this is an 8 star hotel. The rooms were incredibly small and cramped. The bathroom felt the same size as an RV bathroom. The windows are old metal windows that definitely need to be replaced and updated. We were in the 37th floor and the windows opened about 4”. The windows had screws in the frame not stopping the window from opening any more. I had you g children with me and it felt concerning to have open windows at that height especially when the room was so small and the bed was only inches from the window. The pool deck was good and had a lot of things to do and the breakfast was good.
