Got 3 rooms 2 king rooms 1 suite. The standard King rooms were better than the suite! They were bright airy spacious! And obviously cost much less. I paid double for the suite and was very disappointed

We really enjoyed our stay here with our 7 month old. The staff were amazing and kept checking on our daughter, even remembering her name! Reception and housekeeping staff were so helpful with extra water, bin liners, sheets and towels for our room, as well as ensuring we had a kettle and microwave ready on arrival for our baby. Room was very clean. The pool is great for kids. The property is walking distance to everything in Waikiki. Great location. Starbucks on the ground floor.

Second time staying here, and was so nice walking into our room as a family after being at another hotel. Rooms are so nice and spacious, made us very happy. Excellent location, very central just a minute walk from the royal hawaiian centre. Lovely staff, love how you can borrow umbrella, Beach chairs, go pro and boogie boards lovely touch with the Hawaiian tropic products

The room was very clean and well serviced. The staff prepared our room early when we checked in which was very helpful after a long flight. The hotel had a power outage during our stay and the staff assisted guests well to access their rooms during this time. I believe the pool was also open for extended hours on this night to allow guests to cool down. The check out process was one of the easiest I have experienced, I would absolutely stay here again if I returned to Hawaii.

Loved staying here. Rooms were clean and spacious, short walk to the beach. I loved that there was starbucks in the hotel was so convienent to grab and go before a tour. Mcdonalds so close by and staff was able to assist with booking tours. Hot tub was spacious. Value for money, I would stay here again.
