Staff is friendly and accommodating. The hotel is old and show some signs of it but it is clean and when something goes wrong, they are there quickly to fix it. The only negative is the shower. I don’t like the shower but that’s it.

This was by far the worst place I’ve stayed at. The curtains were DUCT TAPED together, you heard that right.. DUCT TAPE. The paint in the shower was peeling off the walls, not bathroom.. the shower… PEELING, excessively. You can’t even have a proper shower because the water actually had a foul odor that was so pungent I had to immediately turn it off. The carpet had OIL stains in them, the sheets were yellow! The photos you see online are not what the rooms look like at all! So unsanitary it’s amazing the state has not seized and shut them down. I reached out to Expedia but they basically couldn’t do anything because the front desk manager, Mike, said we should’ve told them. Well that’s great because the two times we tried to get some help no one was at the front desk. This place needs a state inspection immediately.

Nice studio yet it needs to be upgraded/updated especially the rooms . Hotel is in a good location with plenty of food options and other stores ,transportation etc. The staff were very friendly and helpful at check. The bedding was comfortable and clean.

I was double charged and after finally get a staff member to help me because the night supervisor Mike was more focused on his phone to help until I put my back on the phone the staff members the next morning helped me get my money back

Location is the best thing about the property. So close to the bus stops which is a great way to get around. Dated overall, but still clean and presentable

Not really much to say other than it was a pretty poor experience. It just seems like they don’t really up keep the hotel itself. Everything is pretty outdated. When my family checked in the hotel, the phone didn’t work to call room service, we had to notify them a few times, they fixed it on the 3rd or 4th day, by then we didn’t even use the phone nor cared for it. We noticed small mini cockroaches running around also. Which we didn’t know where it was coming from originally but noticed them in the cabinet above the kitchen. There was also a piece of the frame of the bed that was exposed, where my sister got cut, they did fix it and comped a night but at that point the experience of the hotel was going downhill. The only saving grace were the workers. They were nice to us every time we needed something. Valet was always on it which they were one of the nicest people. Other than that, chances are we ain’t coming back. Unless they fix everything in that hotel, it was a pretty poor experience, I would’ve gone lower with the score but the service by the workers made it a little better.
