Staff were very friendly. Convenient location. The room is damp and chilly. Balcony door doesn't lock. I wouldn't stay here again, but only because of the noise from outside. Very busy area.

We had a very nice stay, it was an older building for sure but you can tell the staff were trying to compensate for that. Our room was quiet with a nice view. The sheets were stained upon arrival through and there were some other quirks that made it underwhelming but overall good for a couple days

Polynesian Residencies is a great place to stay if you want a great location and wonderful staff. The rooms were cleaned every day, and the staff were fantastic. I would definitely stay again. Parking is off campus, but within walking distance.

The location of this property is excellent. Easy walking access to the beach, shopping, many restaurants and attractions. My standards are quite high, and the rooms could have been a little cleaner but were acceptable. The beds were comfortable and staff was very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay.
