The rooms were a little smaller than expected and seemed a bit old. However service was great and the location was convenient. The bed was soft and fluffy too.

We had a couple issues that were taking care of immediately by the staff. The bathroom lacked countertops to place toiletries and no dressers for unpacked items. The staff were attentive very pleasant. Would stay there again!

Pros: Location was amazing, check in was quick. The coffee in the morning was very good. Cons: The hotel is very dated, and our room was not the cleanest. There was dust and the carpet near the mini fridge was wet. Balcony was tiny. Parking is very expensive 47.5$ per night

The staff were fantastic - called me with my early check in, took my stored bags to my room, and offered several local discounts. Pool area had construction going on, kind of loud and dusty; was not offered an upgrade per my Expedia Gold status; and I don't understand what the daily "transient tax" was, especially since I already paid a resort fee.
