Wow! I cannot say enough of how wonderful our anniversary trip was. The staff at Stay Waikiki was absolutely amazing, always warm and welcoming when we would arrive from our day or when starting our day off. Snacks and coffee were always readily available and the beach items available to us made our beach visits much more enjoyable. The location of the property made it super easy to walk to the beach, dining options as well as shopping. The location is also super convenient when booking any tours as the pickup spot is right across the street. Thank you Stay Waikiki for making our anniversary trip so amazing, we are already planning on going back as soon as possible!

Definitely not a 3-star property as Expedia has. Very small rooms, almost prison like. Small bathroom. The pond they have outside has a sulfur smell. When we arrived we had to wait 15 minutes for a staff to finally become available since only one person was working the front desk. Parking extremely limited. 2-star at best in my opinion.

The aircon was loud and some building machine outside the window further added to the loudness. Windows wouldn't close all the way so the loudness couldn't be kept out. The room was spacious enough, bathroom was small, and the price was reasonablish.

EVERYTHING WAS GOOD. AC was cold. But it leaked inside rug and out side. My bag got wet. But, everything else was good. Why are check in times getting later and later 4pm is crazy. Then check out times 11 it’s like we don’t even get 24 hour in the room. We had planned to leave our things to do things before heading to the airport. At 2 but had to check out at 11a.

There was construction going on very loud. At 3:35 am everything morning was some sort of loud beeping sound outside like a garage truck. First night got off elevator no light outside. Staff was extremely awesome.

We have stayed at other nationally known hotels and like Stay Hotel Waikiki much better. It was cleaner and quieter by far. Staff are cery friendly and helpful. We would stay there again.

The hotel was what you would expect accommodations wise for the price. Everything basic. The AC kept the room closed which was a huge plus. Everything in the room seemed out dated. But adequate for the price after youre in Hawaii to spend time on the beach. Which the hotel provides a great location. Now the bad... as someone that likes the room dark it was impossible to tell if it was morning or night time, due to the lack of black out curtains and like coming in through every out dated frosted widow from outside. When i finally fell asleep i would be woken up by outside noise either construction or garbage trucks. Overall decent stay due to price. But would not stay there again due to the noise and lights. If you are a heavy sleeper or dont mind a bright room it would be a decent cheap option close to the beach.
