The staff were wonderful and helpful and friendly 5 stars The property is old the carpet in my room was stained but the place was clean. The plugs were Dated and one didn’t even work. The shampoo dispenser didn’t work. I’m sure I could have said something but I didn’t want to be disturbed with the repair. I slept very well and the bed was quite comfortable. The sheets were clean. The mechanism that changes the water to tub from shower wasn’t working, so I just had a shower. I won’t stay there again but if you’re looking for a bargain place this is the place. I was able to store my passport and laptop in there office daily . That was definitely a bonus! Thanks

Beware of misleading advertising.
Misleading advertising!!! At check in, Crystal was rude and lacked of consideration, she was just unwilling to accommodate and claimed she was following “policy” as directed by her manager Lexus. The GM was even worse!!! I DO NOT recommend this hotel at all, there is little to no insulation in the rooms, you can hear everything!!! Signage when trying to find the hotel was not well marked, cockroach traps visible to the guest in the room, just not the place a traveler can rest nor feel safe. I will say Anna the night audit personnel was the only one who cared. Anna was professional, respectful as well as genuine.

Average and not to expensive, currently there is construction next door and it gets Loud early, i'd recommend ear plugs. Free coffee offers every morning until evening. We had poor lighting in our room and lack of night stands, fridge, AC and microwave worked fine.

The staff stole our C charger for our phone. So I will warn people who plan on booking here to take personal items with them whenever they leave the room. One of the female staff was very unprofessional and tried to flirt with me, but I ignored her and she gave me and my wife a hard time. I highly do not recommend for families.

The staff was very rude to me and my family and I have an autistic son, the floors in the room are very old and dirty. The A/C didn't blow cold so the room was very muggy. Also the front desk kept calling the room and hanging up, they need a better staff. Me and my family had a better experience at The Polynesian Hotel in Waikiki.

The place felt more like a motel compared to all the other hotels that towered over this one, but it still offered a decent amount of services considering its prices around the area so I say I’m satisfied. If I need to go on the cheap side for hotels again I wouldn’t mind coming back. The construction nearby was a bit of a pain but that’s not the hotel’s fault.

What I did like was that they did not offer no parking for car and then unable to help find a safe place to park car. I had to end up paying for 2 hotels instead to have parking and prevent car been towed or break in. Terrible experience.

Basic motel style rooms, great location
Extremely basic hotel. The most positive items are the price and the location. If all you want is a cheap room to stay in, this suffices. Rooms are like an old school motel room. Very small. Nothing fancy.

The AC didn’t work neither did the room next to us. When I called the front desk and told them he said oh sorry. No offer to check it or fix it. Could not sleep it was so hot. I’ve stayed at the condominiums 3 yrs in a row and will never visit this property again. Hated it

Wow! I cannot say enough of how wonderful our anniversary trip was. The staff at Stay Waikiki was absolutely amazing, always warm and welcoming when we would arrive from our day or when starting our day off. Snacks and coffee were always readily available and the beach items available to us made our beach visits much more enjoyable. The location of the property made it super easy to walk to the beach, dining options as well as shopping. The location is also super convenient when booking any tours as the pickup spot is right across the street. Thank you Stay Waikiki for making our anniversary trip so amazing, we are already planning on going back as soon as possible!
