Bien mais reste à améliorer

Ensemble convenable. Bon rapport qualité prix. Le logement reste ancien: la serrure d entrée reste difficile à ouvrir par un enfant, il faut l ouvrir énergiquement. Le sol en carrelage est très collant. Le produit ménager utilisé donne cette effet là. Le parking gratuit est un plus. Les ascenseurs sont saturé le matin. Tout le reste était convenable

Bon emplacement mer avec plage, restaurant, transport.... appartement spacieux bien équipé, un peu vieillot. Propreté assez bien, présence de cafards dans la cuisine. Attente aux 3 asenceurs 37 étages....

We stayed 4 nights and there were bed bugs from the bed. Told front about bugs and they said previous guest took it from the airport. They said Nobody knows. But, we found more and more bugs from behinds the bed. This was my first experience about bedbugs. never come back again.

We liked the location, free parking included, the walls are soundproofed well (we were beside the elevator and wont hear anything, even next door noise wont be heard)

Overall Sweetwater Waikiki was not that great. The front desk was non cooperative with our requests (no blankets, towel rod was broken) and requested us to contact our hosts. The host of the hotel room was not reachable as Expedia did not provide their details. The room itself was dirty as it had roaches in the cabinets and fridge. On the plus side, the location of the hotel was ideal as it was close to the shops and nearby beach. The area was walkable and easily accessible to the mall and restaurants. We primarily went to the apartment to sleep and shower, so it was not much of a burden in the long run.

バニヤンは過去20回位宿泊していますが、キッチンから寝室を通らずに バスルームに行ける お気に入りのタイプのお部屋だったので すごく良かったです。 オフイスのスタッフの方はとても親切で 説明もしっかりしていました。早めの入室も出来、快適に一週間過ごせました。唯一残念だったのは炊飯器が無かったため 毎朝鍋でご飯を炊かなければいけなかったことです。 それ以外は100点です。

No one to checkin to the room, they left instructions in envelope. No one replies back to phone calls or emails for 2 days. Maintenance service took days. Parking was free but parking pass provided after two days (I had to pay $43 each day). No room cleaning or fresh towels for entire stay. Floor was sticky. Overall bad experience

We were out almost everyday the whole day so we really just stayed here to sleep. We also cooked some food and they had complete set of cookware, plates, utensils, cups, everything. There’s even a microwave and coffee maker too. Some cabinets were broken but it didn’t affect us too much. There were plenty of towels to use for bathing and to bring to the beach but there weren’t a lot of soap and shampoo for the number of days that we stayed. Also, we waited for the elevator for 40mins because everyone is checking out same time as we were checking out, so check out early if you can

Communication with host was initially very slow. Staffing issues forced limited hours of availability. Our suite was very roomy and comfortable but also very dated. More care could have been taken in housekeeping as the floor was in dire need of cleaning and there was food left in the freezer. Great location, easy to walk to everything you need.

Waikiki Banyan - A Comfortable and Convenient Stay Werecently had the pleasure of staying at the Waikiki Banyan, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. We were two adults two kids under 12. The apartment I stayed in was well-stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the essentials, which made it easy to prepare meals. It had toaster, kettle, dishwasher, salt and pepper, large fridge and stove top. Plenty of glassware and cutlery The unit itself was very clean, with freshly painted walls that gave the space a refreshed and welcoming feel. The beds were especially comfortable. The apartment was also quite quiet, which was a pleasant surprise considering the central location. The furniture was dated but this was not important. The Waikiki Banyan was just a short walk to the beach, shopping, dining, and all the attractions of Waikiki, making it an ideal spot for anyone wanting to experience the best of the area. The only downside was the inconsistent pool rules and hotel policy regarding luggage storage. On checkout day, I was disappointed to find that the hotel side of the property doesn't offer luggage storage, which would have been really helpful since my flight was in the evening. This was a small inconvenience, but fortunately, I was able to work around it. All in all, I would definitely recommend the Waikiki Banyan for anyone looking for a well-located, comfortable, and affordable place to stay in Waikiki.

At first it was a good start then around the evening there were roaches that came out from under the lamp near the microwave. We killed approximately 8-10 of them in one night.

This was perfect for our five day stay. Having parking was a huge benefit! Staff was very nice and helpful. Everything was exactly as shown. We would definitely stay here again.

結論から言うと、絶対にまた泊まりたいと思うぐらい最高でした。 コロナが明けてから、ワイキキ以外の地域のバケーションレンタルが激減してしまったので、ワイキキでも高くないコンドミニアムを探していて見つけました。 クヒオ通りから入ったところなので少しビーチからは歩きますが、遠くはないです。 中心から離れているのでワイキキメインの方には少し不便と感じるかもしれませんが、ワイキキ以外も周る方や車ありの方なら問題ないかと思います。 パーキングが無料でついてくるのもありがたいです。ホテル入り口とは異なり、パーキング入り口はクヒオ通り沿いなので注意。 最初パーキングに入ると、係の方が場所を教えてくれるのですが、いかんせん構造が割と複雑なので1度の説明じゃ理解できず。 理解してないことがわかると、男性が駐車場所やフロント、客室までずーっと案内してくださって本当にありがたかったです。徐行とはいえ、車について歩くなんて大変だったに違いない。ありがとうございました。 部屋はバニヤンホテルの1室なのですがフロントは別にあり、タワー1の4階でした。 フロントの方々も親切でした。 部屋はタワー2の15階で、1,6階は両タワー繋がっていて、2〜5階は駐車場が繋がっているので行き来できます。 安かったので部屋は期待してませんでしたが、すごく広くて綺麗でとても良かったです。 ビーチ沿いの高級ホテルのスタンダードルームより全然広いです。 キッチンがついているので、食料品を買って調理もできます。 フルーツはカット済みを買うと高いですが、丸ごと買うと安いし美味しいです。 かなり大きい、ちゃんとした冷凍庫つきの冷蔵庫があるのでアイス、冷凍食品や冷蔵品を買っておくこともできます。 クイーンサイズのエクストラベッドを降ろすこともできるので標準日本人なら4人ぐらいまでは泊まれる感じでした。4人でも狭さを感じないぐらい広いです。 毎日のベッドメイクはないですが(1週間に1度ぐらいはしてもらえるみたいですが)、ごみ捨て場が各フロアにあるので滞在中ごみを貯めておくこともなく気持ちがいいです。 ランドリールームも各フロアにあります。 あえて難点を言うとしたら、ウォシュレットがついていないことと、コーヒーマシンが自動で止まらないことですかね。 それ以外は不満がなさすぎて、次回の予約をしたくなるぐらいでした。 暮らすように滞在したい方はとても良いと思います。

Property was walkable everywhere. The manager Melissa was friendly and easy to communicate with. The unit was complete with rice cooker, Coffee maker, pots and pans. Parking was included so that saved us a lot of $. No resort fee coz it was a timeshare unit. I would stay here again!
