First time in Hawaii I was worried but this hotel exceeded all my expectations. Location was amazing. The staff the best I have experienced ever. I am 55 and the services were impeccable. The hotel was so clean and smelled amazing on a daily basis. I was so impressed and that takes a lot. I only have great things to say. I will be back. Thanks for renewing my faith in the hospitality community!

Everyone at the desk was very kind. When entering they always asked how everything was going. One afternoon they were sharing how to make and making Lei’s also were serving ice cream which was very good. They also had time to give you a map and directions. If I go back to Waikiki I would stay there again.

There were tiny ants in the room out my headboards of the bed and the nightstand. It would be good to give an extra roll of toilet paper when there are two people in the room. The toilet water needs to be lowered.

Perfect location, great service and nice rooms. Each guest was supplied with a refillable water bottle that could be refilled with filtered water in the courtyard for free. Beach towels were available daily. Great pizza and service at Rivals next door.
