The park was really nice behind the property! Beds are comfy but WIFI didn’t work and shuttle service never came so we Uber ($35 euros) you have to order buffet until 10:30 and then you can order other dishes.

We stayed at this property on August 11th and 12th. When we first arrived, they could not find our reservation. There was some issue with uploading the info from Expedia but eventually they found it. We got two large connecting rooms. The rooms were very comfortable. It is a bit of a drive to other restaurants as there aren’t many options at the hotel but we enjoyed our stay.

Pros: The room was very spacious and bright. The receptionist staff were very friendly and helpful. Cons: the bed sheets were worn-out, there were rip and tears with big holes. For a room of 4 people, not enough pillows and towels. When we called and asked for more pillows. The room service staff was a bit scary. He did not deliver the pillows at the door. He went straight into our room while we have people sleeping. He stand right infront of the bed and start putting pillow case in the the pillows. He took more than 15mins to do 2 pillows. As he was doing that, his eyes wondered around. It was a very weird awkward and suspicious situation. When he was done, he didn't want to leave. I have to directly tell him can leave now.
