Great house for large family
House did not disappoint. You can hear the waves crashing at night from the house. Pergola out by the beach is very comfortable. Amazing views. Would stay here again for sure. Only surprise was the road to the house from Hope Town is not paved and full of potholes so the golf cart rides are rough.

Watermark was perfect!
We had two families with teens staying together and there was plenty of room for everyone to have their space! The property was beautiful and the house had everything you need. Only tip is to make sure you rent a golf cart well in advance and that the company you use will rent to the north island! We came across a few companies that wouldn’t rent to us there because of the condition of the road to the house. Just book golf carts early and let them know you are on the north end!

Only thing that wasn’t perfect was the pin drop location on VRBO listing. House was more north so must have a golf cart if staying at this house. The boat dock was great!

Beautiful Home which exceeded our expectations. Pictures do not fully show how nice this home is. Could not have had a better time staying at this home, and the property managers, Tommie and Debbie were a pleasure to work with.

Beautiful house with minor inconveniences
We stayed there for a week with 9 guys on a fishing trip. The house was really nice, the outdoor space was amazing and it could not have been better for our group. The only two items that need to be addressed are that the shower heads are horrible and the showers do not have hot water if more than one person showers at once and when we booked, the listing stated there were 10 beds, but once we arrived there were only 8 beds. This made one of the guys sleep on the couch and the host did nothing to address this other than say they would update the listing. Overall it is a great house and the outdoor space will blow your socks off. Beware!!! you cannot take a golf cart from the north part of the island to the southern part of the island unless you have a key that the police station gives out sparingly.

Loved the Watermark!
Loved staying on Elbow and the watermark. The house’s access to both the beach and dock made it great for our families as we had a boat. And Junior (the manager) was super helpful both getting settled and oriented but also with navigating us around Hope Town/Elbow. Will definitely be back!
