Staff extremely friendly and professional. Breakfast buffet was adequate, eggs and sausage a bit on the salty side but all in all a nice quick breakfast. Can't go wrong with bagels and cream cheese, waffles and fresh fruit. Location is convenient to restaurants and shopping. Especially recommend the Texas Cafe, great menu and staff. We also visited the the Bullseye Cafe, darts and axe throwing for the adventurous. For Veterans, the VFW is only a block away.

We really appreciated how the staff all worked together to make sure that we had an enjoyable stay. They all were willing to provide assistance whether you needed a roll of toilet paper or to fill your water bottle and didn't say that isn't my job.

Overall is good and typical best western but the towels and bedding looked suspiciously not cleaned. Heater needed fix. When it was turned on, it smelled burnt.

Arrived at the hotel an hour early and they allowed us to checked in. The staff were friendly. The hotel is a bit older but well maintained and clean. Decent breakfast selection. It was a great stay. Will definitely book again the next time we visit in the area.

Since my reservation was made thru Expedia and I paid in advance - the hotel said they could not honor my AAA discount which was disconcerting to me. No attempt was made to adjust the rate and I saw no place on Expedia where it states this policy. I will not pay in advance again and will not book thru Expedia. Regarding hotel - at the breakfast buffet there was a bowl of oranges and some had big spots of fuzzy mold. The attendant was very anxious to shut things down slightly before 10:00 am.
