Clean, modern, amazing views, great facilities, super close to all public transport. Beautiful restaurant downstairs - just a bit pricey and the included breakfast was awesome! Overall beautiful stay

This I simply excellent hotel with a wonderful restaurant. Just hop on the number 20 bus from the train station and you will be treated to excellent food and service!

Our stay was very pleasant, the rooms were immaculate as was the rest of the hotel. The breakfast was plentiful and of a good quality. The staff were very friendly. Would recommend and we will definitely stay again.

Stay away, pathetic hotel, noisy, no AC or Fans
It was a horrible hotel. It was so hot and they even did not have a fan for us. It was very noisy since it was next to heavily traveled street (busy even at night). People honk and drive fast during night which made it so much difficult to sleep during night.

not the best location. It is in the industrial zone with nothing around at evening time. It would be nice if breakfast will include some fresh vegetables as well.

Türfalle zu Bad quietscht/Klimaanlage "lärmt" mitten in der Nacht, nur Ausschalten bringt Ruhe/Frühstück wartet mit "überschaubarem" Buffet auf und nichts wird abgeräumt, dh "Selbstbdienung" bis zum Ende!

Very convenient and nice place to stay
Very close from the S4,S5 station. 5minutes to Luzern. Conveniently located to go to Mt. Pilatus or Titlis. Very friendly staffs. Nice restaurant opens until 11pm. From the garden terrace, beautiful Mt. Pilates view.
