Clean, updated and super easy transportation into Lucerne (#20 bus) boats, train station other bus lines. Would have been nice to have a mini microwave in room but still ok. had great views from our second floor room of the Alps. Staff was excellent, Samuel is THE MAN for everything. Breakfast is not traditional American style but more than ample. Cold cuts, cheeses, breads, yogurts, excellent coffee choices, pastry and fruits.

This I simply excellent hotel with a wonderful restaurant. Just hop on the number 20 bus from the train station and you will be treated to excellent food and service!

Our stay was very pleasant, the rooms were immaculate as was the rest of the hotel. The breakfast was plentiful and of a good quality. The staff were very friendly. Would recommend and we will definitely stay again.

Stay away, pathetic hotel, noisy, no AC or Fans
It was a horrible hotel. It was so hot and they even did not have a fan for us. It was very noisy since it was next to heavily traveled street (busy even at night). People honk and drive fast during night which made it so much difficult to sleep during night.

not the best location. It is in the industrial zone with nothing around at evening time. It would be nice if breakfast will include some fresh vegetables as well.
