Newly remodeled 3 bedroom 2 bath home comfortably sleeps 8. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with bathroom, queen size bed in the second bedroom, and a bunk bed (lower full size/twin on top) with trundle in the third bedroom. The home features a dining room, living room and a spacious kitchen with a deck off the laundry room. There is a courtyard just below the large deck with a charcoal grill, and fire pit for relaxing in the evening! Home is equipped with WIFI and Direct Now TV.

Nice quiet area and plenty of space.

We were in town for volleyball tournament and rented house with another family on team. The 3 girls shared the room with bunk beds. We had plenty of room for everyone to hang out. House has nice deck and decent size yard, but rained the whole time so we didn’t get to take advantage of the outdoor space. Plenty of kitchen items for making meals at the house and the neighborhood was nice.

Perfect Location

We attend the horse races every year and we are always looking for the just right property, in walking distance, from the races.This home was very quaint, comfortable and clean. It was perfect distance from the race track. We walked to and from both days we were there. This home is definitely going on our list for stays in Hot Springs! Perfect place for little family reunion

This cute home had such a convenient set-up with sleeping arrangements and bathrooms. We really enjoyed going out on the deck at night and seeing fireflies! Although we did not use it, having a washer and dryer there was impressive. Warren is a very responsive host, and we’d definitely stay again!

Big Yard with Nice Deck

Close to all downtown fun and easy access to bike path. Quiet street and clean home with basic necessities that are nice in all homes. 4th of July decorations and fresh flowers were a nice touch and much appreciated. I would come back again to stay.

Wonderful inviting home and surroundings

The pictures do jot do this home justice. Cozy and comfortable as advertised. Interesting and beautiful decor, private, lush green large yard, large deck in a beautiful setting. Lots of amenities - you can tell great care has been taken care of this home! AND we had beautiful spot to watch the eclipse from! Great communication with the host.

This house is perfect and has so much room!

This was my second time staying at this VRBO. It is within easy walking distance to the racetrack and Rocky's restaurant. It has a pretty back deck and yard. The owner just left us to do our thing. They even had fresh flowers in the house. I would definitely stay here again.
