☀ Pool is open from the beginning of March thru the end of October and is not heated. Hot tub is open year round.
☀ We use a fantastic house cleaning service that provides clean bedding, towels/wash cloths, and a starter kit for each new guest that includes 1 use of the following items to get you started for your trip: Dishwasher soap, liquid dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags and laundry detergent.

Spring break trip

We had a wonderful time with friends and family.. well-maintained facility and great amenities.. Elevator is a great plus. View form the backyard is so scenic and a best relaxing place to spend the vacation.

Amazing Property

This property is exactly what is shown in the listing. It was amazing and super clean. The double fridge, dishwasher, ovens, etc was awesome for our large family of 19. We would definitely stay here again.

Lake life!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Property was excellent. Well stocked kitchen, ample towels, and comfy beds. Family area was super comfortable and accommodated our whole family. Loved sitting on the balcony with coffee. Pool and hot tub were great. Staff came out daily to test water. Boat dock was a great amenity as was the pier for access to lake swimming.

The Real was Real Pleased

My Girls' Trip Group are known as The Real. We had a great time on the property and the house was exactly as described. We had one problem while there, but Seth walked us through it and was out the next morning to help us navigate our check out experience. We were real pleased.

Just as advertised

The house as just as it appears in the photos. This worked perfect for our group as it had bathrooms for each bedroom so everyone had their privacy. We enjoyed the large and well stocked kitchen as well as comfortable outdoor seating. The house is not far off the main road compared to other lake properties I’ve stayed at which made going into town convenient.

Great stay!

The property was perfect for our group of 18. We had plenty of gathering space, plenty of beds, and the kitchen was amazing, with plenty of everything for our large group! The hot tub was a treat in the cold weather! The elevator was needed for our elderly family members that were with us, too. The check-in was seamless, the host was very helpful, efficient, and communicated clearly with us. Will definitely stay here again when our group next gathers in Hot Springs!

Large Family with ADA Needs

The property and house were absolutely amazing. We had a large group of 17, age range from 9 to 73, with one in a full motorized wheelchair. The house was very open and accessible for the wheelchair; porches, patios, etc. The elevator was a little tight for the large wheelchair but we were able to maneuver without incident. The house offered everyone enough room to have their own space but also plenty of gathering areas as well! As other reviews state..you don’t even want to leave the property since there is so much to enjoy there. We spent most of our time in the pool or floating around on the lake but if you wanted it was just a short trip into town. Highly recommend this property for your next gathering!

Fabulous Week

This house was unbelievably beautiful and decorated perfectly in a beach setting. The view was outstanding and sunsets were gorgeous. We all fell in love with the kitchen. Two refrigerators, two ovens, two microwaves and best of all—-two ice makers! We had our 4 grown and married kids and 10 grandchildren with us ranging from 3 months to 20—and every had enough space to chill out. Unfortunately, the weather was HOT all week long! We’re from St. Louis so we know hot weather!

"R" Family Vaca!

All of us enjoyed out stay here! We are a family of 20 - there was plenty of room for everyone to hang out and sleep! The kitchen was great! Sooo much room - 2 of every appliance - including ice machines! It certainly worked for our large family! Outdoor pool/putting green and play area was wonderful too! Great place for a family vacation! Also - the view and sunsets were amazing!

Our family reunion

The house was everything we needed and more. We all had a wonderful time. We had 12 family members, plenty of room for all. From drinking my morning cup of coffee out on the extra wide porch while listening to the waterfall. So very relaxing to drinking a glass of wine watching the sunset. This home is a must go to again.

The house accommodated our group of 14 perfectly! The management team is delightful - property was super clean and just as described online. Location is excellent- close to town. The owner’s have thought of everything. Love the quiet end of the lake/cove.

5 star in every way

Seth was extremely responsive, helpful, patient with all of our questions, and johnny-on-the-spot when we needed help at the house. The furniture was new and comfortable. The seating for all eleven of us was easy and we could gather together inside and outside. The beds were comfy and the hot tub and pool were perfect. Using the elevetor to move in and out made life so much easier. We loved the lighting the spaciousness so much that we are ready to book again. Next time we will remember to bring sharp knives that haven't been used by so many people and maybe a plastic cutting board for meat that can be put in one of the two dishwasters. We did a lot of cooking so we needed a few more things that others might not, but there were lots of spices to choose from. We planned to go to another state next year, but found this house to be perfect and Seth so enjoyable that we plan to return here rather than our previous plans.

Big House on Lake Hamilton

Plenty of room on Lake Hamilton. Built for vacation rental so everything was more than adequate. Extra amenities were outstanding. As with all rentals however, vacation comes to a screeching hault on departure day when you get to strip the beds, take out the trash, load and start the dishwasher in spite of a more than hefty “cleaning” fee.

The house was amazing. Plenty of space for 8 ladies doing a getaway trip. 2 of everything in the kitchen (stoves, microwaves, refrigerators, 3 sinks). Plenty of space for multiple families. Pool and hot tub were a hit. Beautiful landscaping and view of the lane.

Absolutely Perfect Stay!

Everything was absolutely perfect. The ambiance of the home set the tone for the perfect weekend of family and friends. The decorations and color scheme gave us all the feel of being on the beach (Destin). The part of the home facing the lake was a beautiful site for us as we watched the sun set each evening. The pool was amazing and enjoyed by our sons. While the adults enjoyed the jacuzzi. Basic necessities were initially provided and we brought our own for use. The master bedroom and bathroom was extremely huge. Mattresses were comfortable and the temperature of the home was perfect. Overall our stay was perfect. The host provided his information in the event that we had any issues, but we didn’t have any problems at all! I would definitely recommend!

Relax Lane Family Funcation: Hot Springs New Year

We ALL had a BLAST! Weather was way-better than forecasted. Layout of the property is totally on point- all 3 levels; full-size restrooms for each bedroom-an absolute WIN-WIN + Washer & Dryer on both floors with bedrooms!! The 2s still have my❤️ smiling; 2 fridges, 2 microwaves, 2 dishwashers, 2 ice makers accompany 3 separate sinks, each with diposals‼️ IF I didn't mention, the layout is IMMACULATE 😉 Only negative experience was plumbing problems for roughly a day & 1/2 on New Years Eve that property manager Seth directed immediate attention! Disappointed local plumbers flaked on or refused to provide service because it was NYE. Customer service norm???? Deck/balcony/patio lights gave us problems the 1st night so having service assistance onsight / early the next morning helped as he changed-out bulbs so,maybe checking such amenities after every few visits could prove beneficial, if not already the norm. Plumbing limitations ultimately delayed meal preparation that also took time away / replaced some sightseeing activities, etc. I am hopefully expecting management/owners take the unfortunate experience into consideration and of incentivize accordingly.

Mostly good.

Great set up for a large group. Great kitchen. Great appliances. Great view. Suggestions: bunk room beds are for kids only. Not good for old backs. Need more dish towels in kitchen. We weren’t told to bring any and 4-5 when you have a group of 16 is definitely not enough. Gotta get the plumbing issues worked out. Had people in the house for 10+ hours of our stay trying to get it fixed. Happy they were there to fix, but it definitely messed with the overall flow and plans for our time there. Elevator worked intermittently. Not a problem for us, but if you have people who will rely on it, it should be looked at.
