BEAUTIFUL ONE BEDROOM ON GRANADA GOLF COURSE

Beautifully remodeled one bedroom apartment located on the lower level of our home. Private entrance, just take the flagstone path along the side of our home to your apartment. The apartment is one bedroom, with an open floor plan full kitchen, dining area, and family room. One bathroom with a shower. There is a patio with a gas grill, table with chairs and a beautiful view of the 7th fairway of granada golf course. In the summer you could see fireflies at night and deer frequent the golf fairways during the evening hours. Many days you can hear and see canadian geese fying overhead. It's nature at it's best. We are located close to the east gate entrance to the village and close to restaurants, and lakes. We cater to weekend golfing couples or couples just wanting to get away for a romantic weekend. Only one bedroom so 2 is the maximum occupancy. There is no inside smoking, no pets and no children. Everything you need is furnished including towels, linens, coffee, etc. You control your own heat and air so you will be comfortable while staying in our home.. There are 7 beautiful golf courses cut out of the wooded hills of hot springs village. Including diamante country club, a club corporate affiliate. All within a ten minute drive of our home.
Check in is anytime after 3pm, check out is no later than 10am . Please note: we do NOT have a washer and dryer in our apartment. Iron and ironing board available upon request.

Great Couple’s golf getaway

We came to Hot Springs Village for golf. This was a great apt just for my husband and I. We could access everything we needed in the village or outside the West gate. This apt is close to the East gate, on the Granada course. A great and challenging course. We also played Isabella which is also close by, and the furthest course was about 18 minutes away inside the village. We would definitely come back.

Perfect!

Quick get-away for golf and bicycling in Hot Springs Village. Property exactly as described. Close to the East gate of The Village: excellent golf and trails in the immediate vicinity. Denise & Johnny absolutely wonderful hosts.

We had a very enjoyable stay! This rental was very clean, quiet, relaxing, nicely furnished, on Granada golf course, and very close to the HSV entrance. The owner was very welcoming, helpful and concerned when I accidentally locked ourselves out of the unit. We will definitely stay here again!!

Quiet neighborhood/good access to East gate

Though we could hear the property owners occasionally from this downstairs apt; they were warm and welcoming to us. Denise is great! It was a good location for proximity to golf courses and the east gate, where we traveled down to Hot springs for the tourist attractions (just be back to the village before 10pm to get in the east gate). Having a full kitchen is a big plus, since there is limited breakfast options at the east end of the village (not available at Granada or Isabella golf courses). Artfully Baked & Brewed has a fantastic breakfast burrito! Bring your bug spray if you want to enjoy the outside patio (it’s a gorgeous view!) Overall great value for your money!

Quiet get away

It was a great apartment. We enjoyed having breakfast on the patio in the morning and just sitting there in the evening. The furniture was comfy and had all of the amenities that we needed. I would stay there again.

Golf tournament stay

The shower needs a curtain or door. Water was splashed on the floor each time we showered. The bedroom was too warm but the fan helped a lot. Everything else was fine. Thanks for letting us stay there

We enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately it did rain most of the weekend. It usually was quite by late afternoon and was able to sit outside enjoying the view. Saw deer on the fairway in late afternoon.. Would definately stay here again.

Family Overflow

Great apartment for adult children. The holidays are wonderful with family, but we could not accommodate everyone. One couple stayed nearby at this VRBO. Private, comfortable, clean. It was just what they needed. Great communication. Checked with the ‘kids’ to see if they needed anything but didn't hover. Sheer pleasure.
