I am disabled and specific requested a first floor. Got a second. I could not climb the steps without having to pull myself up. They had no elevator. Rooms are dated. Staff split their attention at checkin due to double billing one client and unchecking me. Staff pointed at technology as source of all problems. No accountability. Didn’t even know I was a many times returning client. That will never happen again. Will never stay here again.

Property is in the heart of downtown Hot Springs within walking distance to Oak lawn. Quick trip to enjoy historic bathhouse row and the shipping district equally. We love staying here for a long weekend. Always clean and staff is friendly.

A fine stay
The only thing I did not like about our room was that the bathroom exhaust fan was extremely noisy. Like, jarringly noisy. I meant to say something to the front desk but forgot. Other than that, everything was fine. I would not recommend this room for more than two though, as it was a bit small.
