Great time in Hot Springs

We stayed 2 nights during our spring break. The house is clean and comfortable. The location is great for the activities we wanted to do. We walked the promenade and bathhouse row. Touched and tasted the water. We went gem mining, and went up the hot springs tower. We really enjoyed pizza from the Greatful Head. We could have stayed longer and done more! Our boys are 9 and 6 and had a great time. The beds are comfortable and we slept well. Thank you for a great stay!

Great location. Good communication. House was very roomy and had most of what was needed for a stay. Would have been a 5 except for musty smell and air conditioning not keeping us cool at night. There are small fans but they are in need of cleaning.

The home was beautiful. Thanks for allowing us to stay. There were still coffee grounds left in the coffee pot and there was a blanket piled up on the chest of drawers in the bedroom that wasn’t folded. Besides this everything was great!

Great weekend getaway close to the historic downtown.

Great hideaway close to the historic downtown area. The beds were so comfortable. Everything very clean. Evening on the porch was great. We will definitely come back to this property.

Do not stay here on a ledge next to trash dump

This is a completely unsafe property for families. It is unsafe for small children. It is also next door to a garbage dump with chickens. It is located on a ledge with only a latch to secure the door. We did not stay here due to safety concerns!!! 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

Great location!

The house is a great location - within walking distance to the downtown Hot Springs area. The house was equipped sufficiently for us to make meals. We weren't sure about the neighborhood but had no issues. The heat was having a hard time keeping up with the freezing temps, but I surely can relate to that!! Good experience!

Horrible, nasty, meth neighborhood

For one there were still two men at the house when we were suppose to check in. Secondly it was nasty! There was food in the floor, food on the table, the coffee pot was nasty, there was hair in the fridge and in the beds, stains on the sheets, white stuff smeared on the couch. We then had to find somewhere else to stay but due to there being three events in the town the hotels were full. So we had to drive back home. And I haven’t been able to get a hold of anyone to get my money back!

A true home away from home!

Front yard had too many trip hazards with plants, would be a big ouch if someone would be careless near edge on Pine St. We found the front porch could have been a little wider, but in all actuality, zero complaints. I was very tempted to clean up the front yard but did not want to overstep. I tend to get very restless and look for things to keep me occupied! Also it was first time we tried VRBO and very pleased by the service. Would love to do it again!

Needs a deep clean

Based on the reviews I read and the pictures online, we had high expectations for this property. We were a little skeptical about the location when we arrived. It ended up being okay but it was a little questionable when you’re driving by trash littered all over the neighbors yards and chickens crossing the road (literally, chickens crossing the road). While the location was a little suspect, our biggest complaint would be the smell of dog and dog urine in the home. If the property manager or owners are reading this, I would highly suggest deep cleaning your furniture in the living room, and throwing out your rugs. It absolutely reeks and made it uncomfortable to be in there. I’m not sure if that’s a one off situation or not considering everybody commented on how clean this place was. Lastly, the house was appointed well, so plenty of towels and rags and plenty of cups and plates etc. Like most said, the beds are comfortable as well. The house is convenient to the downtown area and the common attractions.

Overall, a wonderful place to stay.

We had one small glitch that the property manager solved right away. The most important thing for us, the beds. They were very comfortable. If you plan to hang out more at the house, just know that the furniture ( couch , chairs, and dinning room chairs) were not comfortable and seemed like they might fall apart.

Great Location and Comfortable

We enjoyed our stay! The house was beautiful and comfortable and in a very convenient location. It had everything we needed to cook some meals and was close to hiking and bathhouse row. This was our second time visiting Hot Springs but the first for our children and friend. It was easy to check in and check out.

Cute house great location

This was a great property close to downtown. Outside deck area was nice to hang out at night. My only complaint ( if you can call it that) was the furniture in the living room. It was cute but not comfortable for a family of five to sit and watch a movie. A comfy couch and chairs would have been nice. Otherwise, absolutely no issues.

Great Location

The house is very clean, ideally located close to town center but easy to get to Ouachita area. For a smaller group it’s a wonderful choice. A steep driveway and creaky wooden floors (during bathroom breaks at night!) were the only challenges with our smaller kids.
