Not Wonderful!
We picked this hotel because of the “wonderful” rating. Unfortunately, it was not wonderful. The carpet in the hall looked like it hasn’t been vacuumed in a long time. Our room was dusty and needed vacuuming. The coffee maker sits in the bathroom which is so gross on the counter which had crumbs and dust around it. I used a wash cloth to clean the counter and the dusty backsplash. The microwave stunk and was dirty. We would definitely not recommend this hotel because it is not clean as was rated.

I stayed at this hotel almost a week ago.. The place was nice I have really no complaints.. EXCEPT!! They put a hold on my card and still 6 days later I still have not received my money back.. I have called and asked why the wait is so long.. all I get is it could be up to ten days and a hang up. I reached out to The supervisor or higher management and got nothing back .. please refund my held money !!

Dining for us, very close. Not very far from the shops on Bath house Row. Would choose it as an economical option again. Did not use public transport so cannot comment on that, but Bath House row was a short car ride. Pool and hot tub were very chlorinated. For our future visits and to other visitors, just choose a room with a more "hot tub" bathtub if you want a hot tub like experience. We went mid week during a non peak season so felt secure, and was very quiet. No complaints. Staff was couteous during our stay. Would suggest this location and hotel.
