Very nice stay

We had a great time and really enjoyed the pool and hot tub area! Everyone was very nice and the experience was great. I have it 4 stars only because everything was a bit dated compared to other hotels we have been to recently. Not a huge deal. But we had a great time.

Enjoyed this two night stay. My room was very comfortable. Nice and quiet, a wonderful nights sleep both nights. The property is centrally located in Hot Springs. The breakfast selection has a nice variety to choose from with attentive care in keeping everything clean and options replenished. I had a great check in, friendly and professional reception. Everything was great except the pool and hot tub

The stay was great. Everything was clean except the pool and hot tub. There was stuff floating in both. It was disgusting. The whole reason we stayed at this hotel was for the pool and hot tub and it was just upsetting to see.
