Cozy Home in Quiet Neighborhood
Loved the coziness of this 1934 home on the edge of a quaint preservation district. Loved the fact that we could walk to many things including a hiking trailhead to West Mountain, some nearby businesses, and even the Central Avenue bathhouse row (about a 25 minute walk). Home was well-furnished, beds were very comfortable.

Spectacular Hot Springs Property
We have 3 couples who meet annually in different places the weekend after Thanksgiving. This house was perfect for 6 people. There was plenty of living space to be together and get away. The location is excellent, and we had an excellent stay.

The house is beautiful and has everything you need. Close to everything! We stayed in December so we didn’t get a chance to use the pool but we are already talking about going back this summer. Communication with host was great. We brought our pups and the home was super pet friendly. Highly recommend this home 😊

Loved the house, there are a lot of stairs, be warned, but its beautiful, the neighborhood is great and youre 5 minutes from downtown and all the great food, shopping and history of Hot Springs. Will use again.

Nice but…….
You will like it if you book but the little things keep it from getting 5 stars. Tv remotes didn’t work ( they did replace ), more tp needed, some lamps didn’t work or couldn’t find switches, couldn’t is driveway because it needs new concrete which is happening soon, etc. They did respond but I didn’t want to have to deal with it. Pool nice, very large bedrooms.

Fabulous House Peaceful Pool.
It was a fabulous house with alot of room. The pool was beautiful. Had a super clean house with the cleaner still being there over an hour after my check in. There wasn't communication about that. But the house was very clean and the cleaner seemed nice about it. beautiful.

Great property!
We loved the place, especially the pool. Description and photos were accurate. Neighborhood was great and convenient to everything in Hot Springs. We had a few minor issues, but they were taken care of immediately and we received great communication from both owner and property manager. Kitchen was well stocked (including spices, oil, and coffee) and bathrooms had everything (soap, shampoo, hair dryer, plenty of towels, etc.). Beds were comfy and linens were nice. Would definitely stay again if our travels bring us back to hot springs.

Very nice home with swimming pool.
We were 3 adults and 1 teen, and 3 kiddo's and our fur babies, staying here. Its a very comfortable home, with plenty of space for everyone. The home is so close to all the attractions and more. We had a wonderful time. Thank you for opening your home up !

Amazing Home, Great Management
We had a party of 6 ladies celebrating a birthday. We love Hot Springs and usually stay at the Arlington but this time we took a chance on this house and we weren’t disappointed. What an amazing property, such nice facilities! We had everything we needed, super comfy beds, and plenty of room to spread out. The house book is a must read, it’s informative and hilarious! We will definitely be back!

My husband, brother, and sister in law met in Hot Springs for a short vacation. We loved the house, and loved being able to have some meals there. The house was restored beautifully. I loved everything. I have to tell you my sister in law got locked in the ground floor bedroom. She went in, closed the door, and it locked. There was no way to unlock the door. I slipped a table knife under the door, and she was able to unlock it. Just wanted you to know. We had a great time though. Also, we had a tornado watch while we were there. There was a tornado in Hot Springs that night, but not close to us. We felt very safe in the basement riding out the storm.

Awesome house and location
We had an amazing stay at the Prospect property. The house was beautiful and very close to downtown and the National Park which was a huge plus. The property manager was very friendly, responsive, and tried her best to make sure that we had a great stay. Highly recommended, we cannot wait to go back.

Weekend getaway
We were in town for baseball and this place was so close to the park. Such a cute, cozy home. Reminded me of the house in Seattle from Grey’s Anatomy. Much more room than it looks like in the pics. Awesome communication with the property manager. Made us feel right at home !

If you are like myself, I’m big on other people’s reviews of VRBO’s. This one did NOT disappoint. First of all this property is amazing. Just wow!!!! Location, location, location!!!!!! It was in the perfect location for what we needed. Downtown dinning/shopping and Oaklawn race track. It’s such a quiet and private neighborhood. It was SO clean!!! Shout out to Cheryl for this! She does such a fantastic job making sure the property is ready for you to enjoy- it was spotless! Not only the cleaning, but her and I chatted when “checking in” to make sure we had everything we needed. I really can’t say anything bad about this home. My parents, my dog and I will definitely be back and booking this property again! Beds were comfy, tv room on main floor was cozy, two bathrooms are so clutch, nice kitchen, and tvs in bedrooms. Adri- the owner of the home was also amazing. Checked in to make sure everything was up to our standards. Hot Springs VRBO is lucky to have them!
