A Nice Stay
It was a nice stay. Location to the town was great, two blocks from the main street and lots things to do. Hotel was in good shape but its obvious it's in a transition period. Food was okay but not great. Room was clean, however, the TV service was spotty and may have worked about half the time we were in the room. Service was amazing as we were treated well by every member off the staff we had any interaction with.

Perfect location in Hot Springs
Great room with lots of space. Had a handicap bathroom. The toilet roll bar was broken. One of the hangers was also broken. Other than that, very nice big room! Wonderful breakfast! Parked across the street at the bank. Very nice employees. Ideal location in hot springs.

ROACHES!
Not much more needs to be said. Woke up at night and had to dodge roaches when the light was turned on! Disgusting!! I booked based on the number of stars the hotel carried. Big mistake! This led me to pull up and read the hotel reviews. What?! Apparently this is not a unique issue. People have been reporting roaches for ages. But still give the property 3 stars (unbelievable!). The hotel either can’t or won’t address the issue. Either way, go stay somewhere else!!

The hotel is modern, and is located close to the main street , and had a wonderful breakfast. The room and bed tissues were clean and comfortable. The main problem was that it has a very small parking area and I had to park in the street. In general, we are very happy with the hotel and its staff and will stay again.

No real door on bathroom
The noise level was awful. I'm not sure how many times doors closing woke me up. The bathroom door doesn't close all the way and there's no way to lock it. It's a barn-style door that leaves several inches of gap between the wall/door jamb and door.
