3. Having parties forfeits the reservation, with no refund.

5. We can only accept bookings from completed account profiles (registered phone number and government-issued ID attached to their account).
6. There is a $50 late check-out fee.
7. Lost or broken item costs will be added to booking fee.
8. If broken house rules cause subsequent guest/s to cancel or require refund/s – these losses will be charged to previously cited guest.
9. Registered guest counts need to be accurate. For every unregistered guest after 10pm, there will be an additional $10 fee per extra person, for every night of reservation.
10. There is a $200 smoking fine for each day of the infraction and/or stay. This includes the entryway (smoking further away to help air out oneself is acceptable)
11. Be gentle with partition, please do not touch artwork
12. Keep young kids away from heated towel rack to avoid risk of their burning themselves
13. Due to regular misrepresentations and broken house rules, we no longer accept local bookings from guests with negative-ratings or lack of history.
14. Unregistered pets forfeits reservation, with no refund. $30 added fine/cleaning
15. Guests take full responsibility for loss, injury, or damages that occur on premises and it`s facilities.

The property was the perfect blend of feeling like you are out in the country, yet being close to things we wanted to go see.The host was incredible and even accommodated us when we arrived a bit earlier than anticipated. We did have an issue with the app that gives us the door code so I highly recommend taking a screen cap before you get there. The King bed was firm and the other beds were plush and comfy. But between the spare mattress under the King bed and the very large comfy curve around couch. There were plenty of sleeping spots for our party of 6, ages 14 and up. There was a good selection of games in the closet. The kitchen was well stocked. We had a wonderful time and will definitely stay again the next time we're in the area!!!

We stayed here as an overnight stop on our road trip. Our kiddos loved the hockey table and the assortment of dvds (and “the warm toilet seat” lol). We loved the kitchen set up and ease of entry to our VRBO. Our host was very informative and welcoming and we would definitely stay again!

A Wonderful First VRBO Experience

This is a very well designed and tastefully appointed walk-in daylight basement apartment where the hosts have thought of, and provided for, virtually everthing you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Location is rural, quiet, and off the beaten path but easily accessible within 15 minutes of Springfield airport. Recommend first arrival be during daylight hours. Our six night stay was most enjoyable and we highly recommend.

Great easy stay

The check out process was super simple. Don’t have to feel like I had to be the one cleaning the place. Plenty of room. Super clean and lots of little extras like coffee, creamer, games, blankets

Clean and nice

Clean nice setup beds were very comfortable. It took us a little bit to find the twin bed. It was under the king size bed. Great for us a family of 8 just needing a place to stay one night cook breakfast and be out to go do our scheduled activities on our weekend get away!

Excellent Smart-Suite

We thoroughly enjoyed our one-night stay. It is clear the owners were very thoughtful when putting this suite together, lots of little details and convenient smart features throughout. Prompt and friendly communication with the owners and they quickly resolved an issue we had with the AC unit, making sure we were comfortable. We honestly wished we had more time to stay in this suite during this trip. Next time we come to Springfield area this suite will be our first choice!

Hunters Moon VRBO

Very clean and comfortable. All the comforts of home, quiet, off the beaten path. Room for kids to play outside, they loved the full sized air hockey table. Only a short drive to the Wonders of Wildlife National Aquarium in Springfield, which our grandkids loved.

What a fun little spot!

We really enjoyed our stay! The aesthetic touches were really fun and I enjoyed reading the little bits of educational content placed around. The air hockey table was a big hit. It’s amazing how little perks of a smart home can add a touch of luxury and fun.

Famiky celebrations

We celwbrated two birthdays and an anniveraary this weekend. Stayed 2 night, all agreed we could have lived here longterm! Plan to revisit this accomodation. Communication was super easy, very straightforward and very kind. We initiall6 had a blip in our anticipated stay but these hosts were such a blessing to work with we booked an extra night and now there is word of mouth travelling across the counrry to Iowa, Washington state, and Arkansas about this great experience less thanb10 m inites from kost shopping areas but far enough out of town to really enjoy the relaxing beautybof the countryside. Privacy is great. Decor is amazingly beautiful, living quarters is cozy ,and invitinggly spacious. Very well thought out details like soaps, shMpoos, cookingboils, ice cubes, coffee, filtered water, heat, air and the message board of how tos and suggestions we highly reccomend others to enjoy the beauty, trNquiuty, and amazing exoerience of staying here with loved ones.

Modern amenities in a country setting

This is amazing little hideaway that is close to Springfield and Republic. It is also an easy drive to Branson. It is near the freeway, but has a quiet country atmosphere. The living room furniture and beds were amazingly comfortable. We loved the modern touches. It has everything you need to make meals and we loved the little extras every where in case you forgot something. The air hockey table was a lot fun. The bidet, heated seat, and lighted toilet were a favorite as well. You can hear normal footsteps at times from the tenants above, which did not bother us. If you are a light sleeper there are earplugs and Alexa can play white noise or rain sounds to help you sleep. I loved watching my favorite Netflix shows on the huge TVs. Only one suggestion
 I would have loved an outdoor chair to drink my coffee in the morning. Overall this was an excellent value for the price, we really enjoyed ourselves.

Nice space

Space was nice but the people above were walking around at all hours of the night. We could hear every step. Not sure what they needed to do at 3am. Would also have been nice to have throw blankets for the couch, it does get cold.
