Nice young people working there, took care of me when i realized the bed in my original room was broken and the room hadn't been cleaned properly. The rooms need remodeling pretty badly but the pool area seems well taken care of.

I knew this wasn’t a 5 star property, but this was well below my expectations. The wi-fi signal didn’t work in the room, just the hallway. The ceiling had a huge crack with a shoddy repair and for a three night stay we had no housekeeping. Would not stay here again, regardless of price.

You could see that the mattress sagged in the middle just looking at it. It was not comfortable. When we pulled back the sheets, we found a pair of socks. Gross. They appeared to be clean but I am not sure how after laundering the bedding and remaking the bed that the pair of socks would be in there. I won’t stay at a Quality Inn again anytime soon. P

Our room had a terrible smell, mouldy and dirty carpet, bathroom had a warped door, and bed didn’t feel or look clean. This is a badly renovated motel and isn’t up to the usual level of Choice Hotel standard. Breakfast was good.

Was a great place to stay on our motorcycle cycle trip on our way to Copper Harbor when we were passing through. Front desk was very friendly & helpful. Pool and hot tub area was nice as well as the complimentary large breakfast. Would stay again.

The carpet throughout the facility needs upgrading, but the beds were wonderful! The facility was close to the restaurants and a waterfront walkway.

Way to many stairs not served by an elevator. Musty smell on first floor. Noisy streets front and back of hotel. Cramped parking areas. Very dark rooms given the enclosed walkway in front of most of the rooms. Stairs to 6 floor cant be meeting code on west side. Way to narrow, actually dangerous going down.

Anyone walking by the room could see in because there was not a window covering blocking. The property was very dated and it was noisy while trying to sleep. Staff was friendly. It was close to restaurants.
