Great place! I booked last minute and was nervous as im not familiar with area and was traveling with children. Very quiet, safe area, clean rooms and all amenities. The restaurant was amazing! I'll definitely stay here wheb exploring the area again.

It took a whole 15 minutes (no exaggeration) to check in because the hotel internet was so slow. Even the employee admitted that this was a constant problem. We asked if they had luggage carts and they said no. Then we saw some odd to the side. This place used to be pretty nice but it has really gone downhill. They put no effort into maintaining the property and it shows.

Check in was nice and easy. The room temperature was too hot. The pool was nice. I like the location in relation the Gerry’s grill. The included breakfast was confusing they asked me for a ticket and directed me to the desk. I asked the desk for a ticket and he directed me to the restaurant. There was no coffee. I wish the staff would get it together.

We booked our hotel through Expedia and we were turned away when we arrived due to the hurricane. The power was out and we were told that unfortunately they would have to cancel our room. I requested a refund and was denied. Expedia has been calling to contact them repeatedly with no response.
