COCKROACHES!!
I got to my room and it looked clean. I took off my shoes and socks to get ready to shower and then relax after traveling for many hours. I stepped on a dead cockroach. A COCKROACH!! I grabbed all my stuff and got out of that room. I took the dead roach to the front desk and the guy at the desk laughed. I demanded a refund. He tried to offer me another room but I wasn’t staying there. I had to demand that he call a manager even though it was 11pm and give me a refund. Called Hotels.com and they refused to help me get another room. I was 1000’s of miles from home, it was after 11pm and they refused to help me get a room. Absolutely terrible customer care from HOTELS.com.

Property was close enough to NRG to walk and not be a huge ordeal(near side of road was sketchy). Bunch of random people walking and hanging around in parking lot(that are too small as it is), building and surrounding area not really kept up or really even cared about it seems. Inside of rooms was clean and served its purpose. A/c worked well, along with refrigerator. Toilet tank was cracked and glued back together and it ran nonstop . Faucet handles and stuff felt loose and fragile feeling.

This was an in an out into Houston…. This was a great location, great sleep, great in and out! I would stay here again! I slept in - I didn’t experience breakfast.
