You can hear people walk upstairs at midnight. We woke up at 3:30am because people upstairs walked and moved around for almost an hour. After they stopped , we tried to sleep late, they started walking again. Its terrible. When you need to sleep after long hours of driving but you can’t.

I’d rather sleep on the streets, then here!
I complained about roaches, they did absolutely nothing to resolve this matter. Also, the TV did not work. Once the roaches came into play, nothing else at the hotel was appealing to me. Thank G-d I only had one night. I had to shake bags and spray, to ensure I didn’t bring any “guest” back with me! The roaches were also ready for me to leave, because they wanted their room back. The people on staff have no idea how to problem solve and the lady at check-in said she had to write my credit card number down, because “the system wasn’t working”. I wish I could rate them -0, but even that’s too generous. As someone who travels a lot for business and pleasure, this is by far the worst experience and I’ve stayed at (what I considered) a haunted hotel in New Orleans.
