One of the Best Hotel Stays I've Ever Had
Clean, updated hotel with a large breakfast selection, nice amenities, and amazing staff. Andrew gave great recommendations of places to visit and was wonderful to talk to. Lesslie was super friendly and made sure to keep us hydrated. Every staff member I encountered was friendly. The halls & rooms were immaculately cleaned. Bed was super comfortable. Located very conveniently to most things in Houston. Will definitely be returning to stay here again.

A great find and now our go-to hotel for downtown Houston! Without a doubt the most positive experience I’ve ever had at a Best Western in the US. Staff was exceptionally warm and seemed to really care about making our stay great. Recently renovated very nicely with rooms that exceeded expectations. The other pleasant surprise was the complimentary breakfast. We road warriors have had to lower our expectations for years…the tiny hockey puck “omelets”, scrambled powder “eggs” etc. These people actually COOK and served us pulled pork and egg breakfast burritos that were just outstanding. I don’t leave reviews often nor for average performance…relative to expectations and cost, this hotel and especially staff are anything BUT average! Thank you all for making us truly feel like guests!

Enjoyable experience
Everyone at this hotel emphasizes customer service from the front desk to the cleaning staff to the breakfast staff. The room was very welcoming, clean and well appointed. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and offered many options. Parking is free and the parking lot is monitored overnight by security staff. I tried to extend my stay, but was told that the hotel was sold out; I'm not surprised.

The property was great for a quick weekend. It was fairly quiet, easy location on the edge of downtown, and the staff was responsive and kind. I would stay here again. I will say, it is an older hotel and it shows, especially in the bathrooms. However, I was not disappointed.
