So disappointing. Low maintenance
There is a humidity smell when you enter the room every time. Like an old carpet , low maintenance place I came back to my room to realise there was no cleaning done. When I asked front desk they said the cleaners have left , there is nothing they could do. I asked for a a newer room, the said the manger declined. I couldn’t believe it. I don’t recommend this place. Not to mention their so called Breakfast is like dog food. It disgusts you from far. I should have read the reviews prior. I was seduce by the picture they posted of the front . It is all lies. This is not a reputable place. Plus this is so far away (45 minutes) from downtown Huston.

It was pretty on the outside as well as the inside. Love the little water fountain… took a group photo there. Pool and hot tub were a winner! Only upgrade I would recommend would be for the shampoo/conditioner/soap situation as with 5 people that did not work well in our favor. :-)

All great from questions on survey; the only comment I have is the complimentary breakfast: it is always the same for our 1-week stay. Eggs and sausage links/patties. There should be a variation every other day (like sausage, bacon or other alternatives. I mentioned the same from our previous visit last year but no changes. I guess the manager just heard it accepted but did not listened to my recommendations.

Dated property. House keeping staff rude and look miserable. Breakfast no items ever replenished. Despite staff present at breakfast no cutlery, no waffle mix, no sausage, no pastries, no bread. Very poor.
