Hotel is still under going renovations. I have stayed here 3 times in the last month and all 3 ice machines have been out of order. Need to get at least get one up & running. The rooms have been super clean, beds are comfortable & towels are fluffy & not stained. TV service in minimal. All channels do not come in & there is only 2 local chnnels.

Good stay close to family
Check in was efficient & easy. Associate was professional & knowledgable. Issues are with room. Refrigerator smells like fish, not able to use. Maybe during remodel a shelf is added to shower for soap, shampoo, etc. Bed is very comfortable, bedding & towels are great. Love no stain towels that I have encountered in other hotels. Would recommend

Good hotel
It was an easy, smooth checkin. Clerk was friendly and expedient. Room was clean and nice clean, fluffy towels. Only issue, tv would not pick up local channels. Remodeling still going on.

All ice machines down, side entrance and exits all blocked off no use, the rooms beside ours were filled with junk and doors were open to view it all. I have stayed in this place for years when it was best western plus. It was my friend 70th bday. Terrible experience now. Nothing like before. Hardly no breakfast . Never stayed where all ice machines were not working. Had to go to convenient store next door and buy ice every day. Unacceptable for price
