Too Small and Nothing Worked
The room was way smaller than I would have expected from the photos and nothing outside of the location made it seem worth the price. You check yourself in and make your own keys, the valet is $23 per night, and it is right next to the Main St train. During my stay the room was incredibly cold and the heater did not seem to work and the sound on the TV way broken. The room had absolutely no view. I would say as someone from Houston this is the absolute worst way to experience any sort of cute luxury in Houston and you'd be better off at a farther out la Quinta for the price. The pictures of the lobby were so cute I thought I was getting a good deal but I really regret it.

This is one of the weirdest high-end hotels that I've ever stayed in. You had to request room cleaning service which I can't remember ever having to do at any hotel before. In order to get ice you had to go down to the basement and get the ice bucket and the ice machine was there too luckily it was fairly nice. There was no refrigerator or microwave in the room. Finally the computer area was right next to the lobby and had no wall separation or anything that would allow you to concentrate.
