The personnel here is outstanding. Very friendly, and helpful. Working with me with an early check in and a late checkout. Always willing to converse when I’m near the counter. Location is great near medical and stadium too. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

staff was truly helpful. i checked in early and when i got to my room they hadn't finished cleaning so i was going to go find a place to eat. the front desk gentleman came running out to my car and apologized and changed my room to one that was ready. he also came up anf adjusted my tv ..it was quiet, clean and convenient.

Clean and well-kept hotel near the NRG stadium. The staff were friendly and responsive. The breakfast was good. The AC is a bit loud so can be hard if you’re a light sleeper. Maybe better to keep the living area one on and the door open a bit.
