Needs Some START WITH FIX THE BROKEN ELEVATOR
Location is ok, hotel entrance is odd. Only one functioning elevator MAJOR issue often waiting awhile for the one available elevator. Needs a refresh and some TLC. Floor hallway was dirty. Room was fine, comfortable and clean, and staff nice other that front desk attendant on check out day - not at all nice or even acknowledged my presence. Generally needs improvement.

I rented 2 rooms. Room 714 the toilet kept running allllll night and kept me up against my will. Room 716 the bathroom was not cleaned well at all. There was hair everywhere in the bathroom

I would give it 5 stars but the elevator was a problem.the hotel was full and only one elevator was working so we waited for long time on both ways. Also only one staff was at the front desk which made it hard to get things done quickly

The hotel needs serious updating. My room was smelly and the toilet tank would not fill without manual assistance. My AC rattled constantly. Only one elevator worked which caused long lines each morning and afternoon. I would not recommend staying here.
