The person that checked us in was very courteous and helpful. However, he told us that our room was renovated! It was old inside and the tile in the bathroom looked dirty. We determined that it was old. The wallpaper on the walls were peelig off. The furniture was old and dated. He didn't inform us that the hotel was STILL operating under the COVID policy..It's now June 2024. We're told by Angie at the front desk that we didn't get our room cleaned because we didn't request it. She apologized for lack of communication. We checked in on Friday. Room was not cleaned on Saturday. We checked out on Sunday. The room had a musty damp smell and there were large carpet fans running in the hallway the entire time. The checkout went smooth. The gentleman that checked us out was courteous and professional as well. I just wouldn't be staying at this particular hotel when I return. I think it leaves a lot to be desired. I've stayed at Marriott Courtyard's in other states. They were much better! In addition, there were a strong smell of weed coming from the room next door and we didn't sleep well because the guest were loud throughout BOTH nights.

It was nice to stay but it felt like the sheets had not been changed in a while. It felt like I was being bitten half the night until I slept on my blanket I brought with me. Everything else was great.

The beds were too hard and the round couch was uncomfortable-we paid for breakfast -French toast-it was served cold and very stale -unbeatable-the muffins were also stale

My Opinion
Service was great. Especially the front desk. Staff was friendly. Rooms were good and would have been great except the toilet stop working. But was repaired immediately after maintenance arrived.
