The lobby was nice, and although the room itself was clean for the most part, the aesthetic wasn’t up to what I expected. The parking situation was complicated and expensive. I paid almost $40 for overnight parking which I think is ridiculous. I recently lodged at another doubletree location near Hobby airport. The hotel itself was much smaller than his location but the room I had was much better with good lighting. Parking was free and very simple.

Not great. Nothing wrong with the service but the place is in need of a serious overhaul / complete refitting. Smells old, carpets worn, tap in bathroom dripping, a/c was full blast cold air no matter what setting was applied. Just old, worn, sad.

The staff were really good but the room had stains on the floor and chairs; shower head and tub was rusty. Fridge did not get cold either. I was disappointed as i have stayed here before but was so tired and was only staying for one night so just dealt with it. Thanks to front staff.
