Staff was very friendly. Only thing I didn’t like was no complimentary water at least at check in. I’m noticing that more these days , but you pay so much already a bottle water would be nice to have in your room or when you check in. Also my room was cleaned 3 nights and they never gave us any soap to wash our hands. We used what we had but again that’s something that’s always been complimentary and all I had this time was body wash.

I did enjoy my stay; however, my suite had stains on the chairs, sofa, and floor near the door. I just think that the suites should take top priority in cleanliness, especially with the price. Aside from that, the staff were EXCELLENT. They were very friendly, beautiful young ladies!

The hotel rips you off on parking. They charge $35/day in their own parking deck and do not validate. $45/day if you use the valet service. It's an absolutely ridiculous, lofty charge that we were blindsided by. The sheets were itchy and uncomfortable, which made it hard to get comfortable and sleep. There were bright red stains on the carpet in our room. One of the nights we were there the security guard on duty was sprawled out on an armchair in front of the front door just scrolling on his phone. It was really unprofessional and did not instill any confidence. If he was on break maybe he should do that somewhere else instead of the main entrance of the hotel so it doesn't get misconstrued. The positives I can share are that our room was actually really quiet, and the elevators were really quick to traverse up and down 20-ish floors.
