I booked a room that said 2 queen beds and a “double sofa bed”. We got to the room and it was 2 queen beds and a chair. I called the front desk and Sarah said that if we want a pull out couch, we would have to get a room with one King but would have to wait until the next day to see if they had any available because they were completely booked. I told her I would need a double queen and a Sofa bed but she said they don’t have any rooms like that. I called Expedia to try to get a refund to use at a different hotel because I have a family of 5. Expedia called Sara and she told them that we do have a pull out sofa bed. I had to then call her again so I could clarify and she back tracked and said if I do have a pull out couch then maybe I’m doing it wrong and she doesn’t have maintenance to show me how to do it. I felt lied to and Sarah seemed like she didn’t want to be bothered to do her job. She was on her phone when we came in and she didn’t tell me when breakfast was, I didn’t know if there was a password to the WiFi, and she told me to put my card in the card reader without letting me know how much would be put on hold. She told my husband we could talk to a manager the next day which was Sunday. The next day he went to talk to the man at the front desk and he let him know that managers are not available on weekends but he was great and moved us to the room I originally paid for.
