Comfortable hotel, rooms are spacious. Breakfast is convenient with good choices. Hotel is dated and needs a deep clean. Room cleaning was terrible, was just putting out towels and making beds. In the six days we were there never vacuumed our room, had to ask for trash to be emptied. Bathroom never wiped or floors cleaned. Never had bedding changed. Even though we requested it at reception on day 4. Servicing of our two rooms was very bad, i did request a full service daily as per instruction from reception but still not carried out. Hotel could be better if they just address the cleaniness. Pool and hot tub was great but again old towels and rubbish laying around from night before every morning and not cleaned.

Internet WiFi was very slow! All ice machine were broken and you had to go to the bar to get ice. The bedroom tv didn’t work. I called front desk and they said no one could help because no maintenance was at property. The room was outdated and unclean! Elevator was slow and they displayed a sign that stated elevator is under maintenance! This is unacceptable for the price point and these issues should have been resolved before New Year’s Eve! I made reservations for 2 day but the property was in such poor condition cancelled the second day! Never again Houston Galleria Embassy Suites! Poor representation of Hilton and the management should be dealt with swiftly!

Embassy Suites will never get our business again.
Cleaning crew did not come in and replace towels or refill toilet paper. Asked for clean towels and toilet paper that evening and we were brought towels but was told the toilet paper was locked up and could not get any until morning. We never got any toilet paper. The blankets had holes and the stuffing was lumped up on one side. There were never towels in the pool area and the water had a yellow tinge. The restaurant is a joke and all self serve.

I love staying at this hotel. It’s nice and comfortable. Some of the rooms look a bit dated and older but the overall feel is nice. Lighting could be better inside of the rooms. Breakfast was amazing. Premium is worth it. I’d stay here again.

Worst Embassy we’ve ever stayed in. The room was very hot (despite turning AC down to 65), the sofa bed was disgusting (old, dirty, and springs sticking out), and shower head was dirty.
