This is great hotel to stay at. The only inconvenience is the parking. You are pretty much forced to pay for the valet parking, but the service is not the fastest.

Good but could have been better
Air conditioning was not working properly and the room got hot at night which made sleeping a bit difficult. Housekeeping missed servicing our room one day. Overall it was good but could have been better. We chose this property due to the proximity to the George R Brown Convention Center.

Property was above and beyond what I was expecting. Staff is very welcoming and friendly at all hours of the night. Breakfast was made to order fresh and quick. Stayed for a concert at Toyota Center and was just a block away made for easy concert experience. Will definitely be staying again

The condition of the property was good overall, but on the first night, the light bulb in the closet went out. Nothing major, but it was not replaced even when I let the concierge know. The faucets on the bar area and in the bathtub were loose, and the water was leaking. I had to tighten them to stop the leakage. Aside from these minor issues, the area was safe, quiet, and conveniently located next to the convention center. I would stay here again.
