Great place to stay for a reasonable price in downtown Houston. Close to stadiums, music venues, and restaurants. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. My only complaint is the pillows were not comfy at all.

Love the location! Close to so many fun things! We loved there friendly front desk staff and quick response to late night pillow requests! The afternoon reception had delicious and filling appetizers and a great drink selection. Breakfast was fresh and delicious great value! The only thing that definitely needs attention is the basket situation at check in time. Is a real mess! I recommend parking at the lot right next the hotel on either side. Cheaper and faster! Overall highly recommend!

The hotel was nice. I would definitely stay there again. My only complaint would be we were never able to get our room refreshed by the housekeeping staff. We would go out early and return around 1 or 2pm and the room still wouldn't be clean.

This Embassy Suites was clean and a great location for an Astros game. The happy hour and breakfast offerings were very good. The staff was friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. Our suite was roomy, comfortable, and clean. We only stayed one night but wanted to stay longer!
