I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn and had a very positive experience. The location was incredibly convenient, making it easy to get around and access everything I needed during my stay. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable and pleasant environment. The staff were all friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would definitely recommend it to others.

This was a great surprize. Very nice facility and rooms, and all very clean. Amenities as advertised and in good shape. Staff was outstanding and over the top in genuine kindness and service, and this is not only the front desk staff, but all the way to the maid staff too. Great job Hilton, I will be proud to recommend this location to family and friends!

We were so lucky to find a room during the huge power outage in Houston after Hurricane Beryl and thankfully Hampton Inn had rooms left! Not only was is just a room, but it felt like an entire suite! Very spacious, very accommodating for my family and very comforting! My only disappointment was there were not able to provide their free breakfast buffet due to the storm I'm assuming, but overall an AMAZING stay.

We stayed here for five terrible nights. We arrived very late in the evening. The lady at the front desk looked like she had just popped out of a horror movie. Anyway, we immediately checked into a damp (humid and stinking) room and asked for another room. However, they denied our request due to the hotel congestion. The next day, we asked to change our room at the front desk, and they suggested we reduce the AC temp. We contacted Expedia and asked the Expedia agent to contact the hotel for cancellation or room change. However, the hotel again denied our request. We had to stay in that stinking room with our hands tied. We asked for room cleaning, and nobody came. Then we asked a cleaning lady to go to our room, and she came right away. On the fourth day, Hurricane Beryl hit the city, and we lost internet and power. We checked out early in the morning to get rid of the hotel. The room was terrible, and the staff was awful (except for one cleaning lady). I would never suggest anyone to stay in this hotel.
