Everything was absolutely great. The front desk attendant was super pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was great. Only thing I had an issue with was when I put the address in on apple maps it took me somewhere else for some wild reason. I had no issues finding the place though from the highway! Will def stay here again if and when the time comes!

The only bad thing was the bed was hard as a rock. My hands gell asleep multiple times. Not a good nights rest.

Super clean, modern and up to date! Beds we’re comfortable with LOTS of pillows, location was safe. This place isn’t just nice on the surface it’s an all around luxury stay for a very affordable price. The extra touches like our name on the TV screen welcoming us to the room upon arrival was Perfect!

Lied to and rude
In town for a concert, was placed on the 5th floor! Great. Love it. Till the blinds were broke. So, the view of outside was nonexistent. Reported that, nothing was done after being lied to. Breakfast crew didn’t speak. Which was also great. The quality of breakfast, we won’t even go that route. The A/C didn’t cool, and rattled constantly. Wasn’t expecting THAT to be inspected on non cooling! Due to already being lied to once. Kudos to the housekeeping crew….they did a great job. We left hotel about 3:30…. Surprised to come back to them being there in our absent. #2 night stay.

Our room was not cleaned and nothing said that we had to ask for housekeeping. When we asked at the front desk(when we had to go get our own fresh towels) they said they just didn’t know why are room was overlooked. Also, the person at the desk when we checked out this morning was quite rude and never even ask about our stay. We will not stay at this particular Hampton Inn again.

Had a room at end of hallway 4th floor next to I-45. Extremely loud! To top it off AC in room was louder kicking on and off all night like a freight train. Hotel open only a couple of months. Not Good!!
