Staff is rude I stood there for a couple minutes no one noticed me and when they did the asked in a rude tone can I help you? . Room had cod webs pool stunk like chlorine. To get extra towels is difficult . I would not stay there again.

Service was great, we used the shuttle to get from the airport to the hotel and back the next day. The shuttle actually took us to dinner and back to a Mexican restaurant around there too. Nice service of the driver. The room not so good. It was humid the whole time. At first I thought it was because the AC was just tuned on. Even when it got cold it was still humid. We were so tired didn’t request to move to a different room.

The continental breakfast was not ready at 6. We had to catch the transfer at 7 and the breakfast was just being put out when we left. So then we were left having to pay the insane prices at the airport if we wanted to eat breakfast. At least there was coffee out and the staff at the front desk were really nice.

Excellent room and customer service. However, I was a displaced passenger and the inclusion of a toiletries kit would have been very beneficial as I was without my luggage and had to Uber to a pharmacy to get what I needed.

I booked a room for my dad because his flight was cancelled. The room prices had just about tripled because of the hurricane which I thought wasn’t right considering. But what the hotel didn’t disclose when the room was booked is that they didn’t have power or water, which my dad didn’t find out till he showed up. I found it odd that this wasn’t disclosed since the site showed only one more room available. I don’t think it’s ok to not only raise the room rates during this time but also not disclose the lack of power and water. They ended up refunding the stay after he arrived but they should have just stopped showing availability till the fixed their issues.
