Property well exceeded expectations. Nicely kept, good staff, room was a good size; nice condition and finishes. Nice blackout blind set up for sleeping. Good size vanity and shower setup. Convenient location for spring/woodlands. Lots of fast dine options in walking distance, grocery store nearby as well.

Horrible experience with the front counter. Charles Tinsley was creepy with my 9 year old daughter and accessed my room while we were out and later denied it but I took pictures of my room before we left. My daughter also said she whitnessed him taking a picture of her. This is sickening. We addressed it to the general manager and feel it was not appropriately handled.

The hotel was great and check in was quick and easy! The room was spacious and clean. It was just right for us. The breakfast was good and had great options. It was also in a good location near shopping and restaurants.
