The staff was rude. We were told that there would not be a room available until after 7 pm when check in was supposed to be available at 3 pm. My dad is handicapped so this was. Nightmare.

This property looked NOTHING like the pictures that are on the website. The pool was dirty, and had a vacuum in it our whole stay. The pool area had 3 different operation times posted. There were 3 total lounge chairs in the whole pool area. Our outlets only worked with the light on & our TV stopped working the last night. When I asked about a refund, I was told to bring it up with Expedia.

We stayed at the hotel to attend a concert at nrg stadium. It was soooo convenient with an easy short walk through the outdoor gate of the hotel. If fed right into the stadium parking lot, avoiding any walking on the road. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the check in staff were courteous and professional. I would definitely stay here again!

Check in was great- super busy but the staff remained friendly and well put together. Hotel is definitely older, and not worth the money spent but was super convenient for accessing the NRG stadium.

Average but nice enough
Average room, average lobby, expensive breakfast for average continental quality. Clean enough but definitely older. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Very limited snack and convenience items for sale. I was staying for an event at NRG and the gate to NRG park was not open the second day which made going to my event very difficult (a 15 minute walk in the Texas heat). Probably won’t stay here again, but it wasn’t awful.

I did not end up staying here for health reasons. Rooms had a strong, pungent, musty, mildew, and mold smell. I had to use my rescue inhaler twice before I could actually breathe again normally.
