The hotel was nice. Check-in was over 30 minutes because of the long line and 2 people working thd front desk. The bed was uncomfortable and one of the drying towels was dirty. Didn’t complian just uded a clean one.

We stayed here to attend a Texans football game the hotel is located adjacent to the NRG stadium and the parking fee is very reasonable. The staff was friendly, especially the ladies working the bar area, and the Breakfast Staff staff as well. Overall a very good stay.

The fire alarm went off all night the first night. I slept 1 hour that night and I take prescription sleep aids. The carpets need to be replaced. They were stained and dirty. If this place wasn’t next to stadium they wouldn’t survive on their inflated rates.
