Place was filthy, but it was 7:30pm & we had a reservation and just drove 7 hours. walls were filthy, sheets had dried stains, ceiling was actually falling down in the bathroom (have pictures to share), old ceramic floor tile was cracked, missing & a hazard.... I could go on & on. AVOID!!!! If the seats recline in your car sleep there!

We were given dirty towels with a red, blood like substance on them upon our arrival. When calling the main office to get new towels, they did not seem very concerned and nobody ever came up to the room to replenish them. I then had to hunt down here housekeeping To retrieve new towels and they handed me another red stain towel. When I told him that this is also dirty, they refused to give me more than one towel. The bathroom door would not close, and the AC unit was broken. People offering us drugs outside our hotel.

Staff barely spoke upon check in. Trash can outside was overflowing to the ground. Restroom was horrible, Drain cover was undone, paint peeling in shower. Toilet would not flush, clogged. Flooring in bathroom was caving in and only covered by cut out pieces of carpet. Hair of previous occupant or staff in tub and bed. Fridge rusted inside. TV was great.

Very poor customer service, the walls in the room dirty , mold in the curtains of the shower. My check in was at 3:00pm , I get there at 2:45 and the guy from the front desk make me wait cause apparently there wasn’t room available, and during my wait , I see the same guy givin card keys checking in other customers before me… horrible the experience I travel from Austin Texas and I came back the same day…

The bed was a good sleep, the bathroom needs some remodeling, the pool needs a upgrade, they have roaches, the water pressure in the shower sucks. The whole building needs a remodel.

RUN! Don't stay here...it's terrible.
It was awful. We first noticed cigarette holes in the covers so we started to examine more. There were boogers smeared across the pillows, clumps of black hair in between the sheets, stains on the sheets and mattresses, etc. We asked for new bedding and someone took us to the housekeeper doing laundry. They handed us a pile of sheets/pillow cases to change the bedding ourselves. We weren't sure the new bedding was even cleaned. Once we changed the bedding we found more cigarette holes and stains in the new bedding. The floor (we were on 2nd floor) next to the bathtub was ducktaped and felt like we were going to fall through. The bathtub was brown, enamel was peeled off, there were holes, etc. The hotel is next to a bus stop. As I was walking to the window (they don't let you go inside to check in/speak to someone) two men in hoodies with their hoods up were coming towards me rapidly fast. I hurried to where there was another man at the window and quickly got out my phone to call my husband to come down from the room. They slowed down but continued to follow me and watch me. It was obvious they had ill intentions. The whole experience was just terrible. Our family was in another room that was filled with roaches covering every surface of the room. Their mattress had a body sized blood stain and same issues with their bedding. I'm not sure how this hotel stays in business.

The fist time I stayed at this hotel, it was only because my reservation was canceled at another hotel and I needed a last minute option. Therefore I gave them the benefit of the doubt when I received a room with a soaking wet carpet. I choose to stay here a second time and the carpet in the room smells of mildew. I wouldn't recommend staying here for your health.
