We had a wonderful two week stay at this property. The staff was fantastic, and the suite was quiet, well-stocked, and cleaned regularly. The shuttle is phenomenal, and you can easily be dropped off and picked up at various locations (museums, retail, restaurants, hospitals) within a 2mile distance. The Rice Village is a great boutique type area to walk with a variety of restaurants (Kasr and Black Walnut to name just two great ones). We were never late to arrive at our appointments at the Mays Center, and never had to wait long to be picked up. My only suggestion is that for the suites there should be a tea kettle. And, for the breakfast buffet there should be a non-pork option for the meat -- either a turkey sausage or a vegan one.

This property exceeded my expectations!!! The staff was amazing, the facility was super clean, they have a really nice bar and free breakfast. So close to MD Anderson and other venues. Free shuttle service within a 2 mile radius. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend! ☆☆☆☆☆

The room did not appear to be clean specifically the bathroom and the sofa looked like it had blood on it. The smoke alarm went off at 1am and they werent answering their phone at the front desk!!!!! We walked down 11 flights of stairs only to hear it was a false alarm and as we were headed back up the alarms went off again!!!! No apologies no credit or nothing!!!!!
