Tired and looking old
Property was in an industrial area fronted by a disused property. The entrance was unkempt with cigarette butts on the floor and surrounding areas. There were so many print outs with instructions on about you could and couldn't do and they were old and because they were in the breakfast area it was unhygienic. The room was fine but the bathroom door was damaged. Generally it was tired and very un Hyatt like.

left an hour after check in because of how uncomfortable i felt with the uncleanliness of my room - towels had stains on it, the sheets smelled like it hasn’t been washed so when i closely inspected if the fabrics were clean, the pillowcases were dirty and there was still pieces of hair on the bed sheets that weren’t mine. i asked for a refund but the girls at the front desk said there was no manager in sight to approve it so they told me to call in today to speak with a manager and the employee on duty said that the manager comes in random times and she doesn’t know when.

I didn’t like that the room smelled like mold, the air conditioner was leaking big puddles of water and when we notified the staff, they did nothing to accommodate us. We were told that room service comes after the 4th day of staying at the property & we’re not given any fresh towels unless we asked for them (daily). I asked the lady at the front desk what time room service would come & she proceeded to hand me this paper stating that they don’t come before the 4th day unless requested, once I requested them to come to our room, she gave me an attitude. We also mentioned to the staff that our tv had no signal, so the submitted a ticket to maintenance & when they came, they told us that the internet was slow & there was nothing they can do about it. The view was terrible, we seen nothing but abandoned land and the pool looked disgusting. Expected more. Overall, very unflattering.

The room was decent, but dark. All the couches were stained and dirty I can tell them haven’t been wiped or replaced in forever. The lady who prepared breakfast followed me to each section literally breathing on my back until I turned and asked her why is she following me. She continued this the entire time until we were done eating. So awkward and prejudice. I felt discriminated against because she didn’t follow anyone else in the facility. Never will I stay there again. The outside is filthy

The staff is friendly, but the floors smell mariruana.. saturday night, I think a party on the main floor, smelling mariruana. The room, is confortable but smell cigarrete. The area around, is not good.

It didn’t look like the photos on the website. No lighting on the outsides of the building. Elevator did not work. Rug smelt like mold in the hallway. TV service was out for two days. Room had water damage. Bathroom was dirty. Called for room service and they never came up. Called the next day and asked for the manager and the guy at the front desk just hung up. At the front desk my girlfriend was walked into by one of the employees and hurt her arm. Poor customer service. Horrible experience. Would not recommend.

Very disappointed Expected more from a Hyatt. Breakfast was dismal, reheated frozen waffles and egg patties. No toaster for the bread. My room was ok, old tub, but did not have my room cleaned in my 3 night stay, only new towels on the last day. No one at the front desk at late night, just a handwritten sign that said “if needed call this phone number”
